Draw_Interpretor, CommandCmd() - catched exceptions and messages put into Tcl string result
before throwing a Tcl exception (return 1) are now print in intense red (using Message::SendFail()).
Duplication of exception message in std::cout and Tcl output has been removed.
Draw Harness plugins have been updated to use either Message::SendFail() or theDI instead of std::cout/std::cerr
for printing colored error message before throwing a Tcl exception.
"endl" manipulator for Message_Messenger is renamed to "Message_EndLine".

Method Segment() of B-spline curve and surface has been extended by parameter theTolerance (theUTolerance and theVTolerance for surface), which defines the proximity between knots of a NURBS and boundaries of cutting segment. The default value of the tolerance is Precision::PConfusion().
Test cases have been added to check segmenting of B-spline surface and curves both 2D and 3D.

It is base modification, which allows improve performance of approximation with help of Approx_ComputeCLine. The main idea of improvement is using degree selection by inverse order - from maxdegree to mindegree. If tolerance for maxdegree is not reached, there is no sense to make approximation for current number of knots with lower degree, it is necessary to cut parametric interval.
2. ProjLib_ComputeApprox, ProjLib_ComputeApproxOnPolarSurface, ProjLib_ComputeApproxOnPolarSurface, ProjLib_ProjectOnPlane
It is additional modification of methods using Approx_ComputeCLine.
Mainly, modifications concern to more optimal choosing parameters for approximation algorithm.

Small improvement of method Intersect(...), which intersects two wires on face.

In the algorithm math_FunctionRoots, improve the case when it is needed to find the extremum of the function. Earlier, to solve this task the method of gold section was used. With the patch, firstly the algorithm tries to find zero value of the derivative function. In most cases it gives precise result. Secondly, the algorithm tries to find zero value of the function using the old approach. The algorithm chooses the best solution among two computed by different methods.
In the method PutStickPavesOnCurve of BOPAlgo_PaveFiller, forbid putting a vertex to the end of the curve if this end already has a vertex assigned to it. This allows getting rid of unwanted colliding of vertices.
In the method UpdatePaveBlocks of BOPAlgo_PaveFiller, make the check for micro edges more precise.
New category of tests "lowalgos" has been added. Tests for low level algorithms are to be put there. "2dinter" is a new group of tests in this category.
Introduction of the new key for "2dintersect" command, allowing printing the intersection state for each point.
It has the following syntax now:
"2dintersect curve1 [curve2] [-tol tol] [-state]"
Options:
-tol - allows changing the intersection tolerance (default value is 1.e-3);
-state - allows printing the intersection state for each point.
Correct the test case bugs/modalg_7/bug28274 to make proper checks of the result.
Class MyTrigoFunction is removed from file math_TrigonometricFunctionRoots.cxx.
New class math_TrigonometricEquationFunction with the same functionality is created to provide possibilities
for individual testing.
Expressions for derivatives are corrected.
New Draw command "intconcon" for intersection 2d conic curves is created.
Test command OCC29289 (file QABugs_20.cxx) is created for individual testing math_TrigonometricEquationFunction.
It is used in tests/bugs/modalg_7/bug29289
Method DownCast() is made template, to be available only when argument is actually a pointer or handle to a base class.
For compatibility with existing code, method DownCast() that can be used for the same type, derived, or unrelated class (i.e. where there is no actual down casting) is still available, its use shall cause "deprecated" compiler warning.
OCCT code is updated to remove meaningless DownCast()s; a few places where DownCast() was used with argument of unrelated type are corrected.
DRAW command QAHandleCast is removed (it was useful only during redesign of handles).
This branch contains fixes for 26675 and 26431 bugs.
