When collecting the points to build plane use the points on the curve instead of poles (in case of BSpline and Bezier curves).
Side effect changes:
Changes in Geom2dHatch_Elements are to increase the chance of correct 2d classification (by the means of Geom2dHatch_Classifier) by taking more than just one point on the edge to construct the classification ray and by checking if this ray is not tangent to the edge itself.

The following improvements have been implemented in BRepLib_MakeWire class to make it more reliable:
1. Quit adding edges of a wire into result if the current edges have not been added. Return NotDone status.
2. Allow merging not only bounding vertices (connected to only one edge) but also the middle ones, so the multi-connected vertices may appear in the result.

BRepLib::ExtendFace method when working with analytical and periodic faces now takes into account the possible closeness of the result face.

Implementation of the 3D model De-featuring algorithm intended for the removal of the unwanted parts (or features) from the model consisting of solids. The features can be the holes, protrusions, gaps, chamfers, fillets etc.
The algorithm removes all possible requested features from the shape and builds the new shape as a result. The input model is not modified.
On the API level the algorithm is implemented in the class *BRepAlgoAPI_Defeaturing*. The actual features removal is performed by the low-level algorithm *BOPAlgo_RemoveFeatures*.

Changes in other algorithms used by De-featuring algorithm:
- Provide history support for the solids in *ShapeUpgrade_UnifySameDomain* algorithm;
- Implementation of the mechanism to merge History of any Algorithm with standard history methods such as IsDeleted(), Modified() and Generated() into *BRepTools_History*.
This patch turns off some not needed modes of fix in the called ShapeFix_Face algorithm.
It stores pcurves on planes in the edges to avoid repeated computation of the same pcurves many times (it is done only when SafeInputMode is false).
It avoids unnecessary replace/apply actions in the modification context.
It removes the code that makes decomposition of surface of the face on several faces.
The new command buildpcurvesonplane has been added, which builds and stores pcurves of edges on planar faces. This is useful for investigations how presence of pcurves on planes influence performance of algorithms.
Make drawing of dimension line in snowflake test independent on the order of vertices in the result.
New macro Standard_FALLTHROUGH is defined for use in a switch statement immediately before a case label, if code associated with the previous case label may fall through to that
next label (i.e. does not end with "break" or "return" etc.).
This macro indicates that the fall through is intentional and should not be diagnosed by a compiler that warns on fallthrough.
The macro is inserted in places that currently generate such warning message and where fallthrough is intentional.
Doxygen comments are provided for this and other macros in Standard_Macro.hxx.
- New method BRepLib::FindValidRange() has been added. It computes the range of the edge not covered by boundary vertices.
- The algorithm of calculation of valid intersection range in the class IntTools_ShrunkRange has been corrected to use the new method.
- The method BOPTools_AlgoTools::MakeSplitEdge() has been improved to protect against errors in the case of reversed orientation of the input edge.
- Two new Draw commands have been added:
validrange - it calls the new method BRepLib::FindValidRange().
tolsphere - it shows tolerances of vertices by drawing a sphere around each vertex of the shape.
- The test cases "offset shape_type_i_c YE1,YE2" became better. The scripts have been corrected to reflect the new state.
1) BRepLib::UpdateTolerances(..) & BRepLib::SameParameter(..) functions now support non-mutable input feature. reshaper is used to store modified copies of subshapes of original (input) shape(s) as substitutions.
2) IsNewShape(..) method has been added to BRepTools_ReShape to check if the given shape has been recorded as a value
The new method TopExp::MapShapesAndUniqueAncestors has been implemented, which excludes duplication of ancestors in the list items. The optional Boolean argument 'useOrientation' of this method points whether two same shapes with different orientation will be considered equal.
OCCT code has been inspected and MapShapesAndAncestors has been replaced with MapShapesAndUniqueAncestors where it is necessary.
Macro NO_CXX_EXCEPTION was removed from code.
Method Raise() was replaced by explicit throw statement.
Method Standard_Failure::Caught() was replaced by normal C++mechanism of exception transfer.

1. There has been implemented calculation of all possible types of continuity for shared edges:
* G1 is set if tangential planes are the same for connected faces in each control points through the edge;
* C1 is set in addition to G1 conditions if derivatives, orthogonal to the edge on each face, are equal vectors;
* G2 is set in addition to G1 if the centers of principal curvatures are the same for connected faces in each control points through the edge;
* C2 is set in addition to C1 and G2 if directions of principal curvatures are equal;
* CN continuity is set only if both connected faces are based on elementary surfaces (the conditions for this case are similar to C2 continuity).
2. ShapeFix::EncodeRegularity() is merged into BRepLib::EncodeRegularity().
3. Implemented several test cases to check correct handling of regularity.
4. Fix incorrect usage of BRepLib::EncodeRegularity() in BRepBuilderAPI_Sewing.
5. Implement a method for calculation of regularity on the given list of edges.
6. Documentation updates
Added DRAW command dsetsignal, resetting OSD signal handler with either armed or disabled FPE handler, according to an option.
If called without arguments, it sets FPE handler only if environment variable OSD_FPE is defined (with value different from 0).
On start, DRAW calls dsetsignal to set FPE signal if CSF_FPE is defined.
Test bugs fclasses bug6143 uses dsetsignal to set FPE handler unconditionally before the test command, and resets it to default at the end.
A number of changes in the code have been done in order to fix floating point exceptions that became generated after enabling signals:
- Global functions Sinh() and Cosh() defined in Standard_Real.hxx are improved to raise Standard_NumericError exception if argument is too big (greater than 710.47586), instead of relying on system treatment of floating point overflow. These functions are used instead of sinh and cosh in ElCLib.cxx.
- Maximal value of parameter on hyperbola is restricted by 23 (corresponding to ~1e10 in 3d) in order to avoid FP overflow in Extrema_GenExtCS.cxx, ShapeFix_EdgeProjAux.cxx.
- Interface of the root curve adaptor class Adaptor3d_Curve has been updated to add new virtual methods BasisCurve and OffsetValue. They complement the adaptor for the case of offset curves. These methods are used in Extrema_GenExtCS.cxx to restrict domain search in the case of offset of hyperbola, in order to get rid of floating point overflow. All classes inheriting Adaptor3d_Curve have been changed to implement the new virtual methods.
- Protection against division by zero has been implemented in ApproxInt_KnotTools.cxx, BRepClass3d_SClassifier.cxx, BRepGProp_Face.cxx, BRepMesh_FastDiscretFace.cxx, Geom2dGcc_Circ2d2TanOnIter.cxx, Geom2dInt_Geom2dCurveTool.cxx, IntPolyh_MaillageAffinage.cxx.
- Protection against calling of math functions of infinite arguments has been added in BRepCheck_Edge.cxx, BRepLib.cxx, CSLib_NormalPolyDef.cxx, Extrema_FuncExtPC.gxx, Extrema_GExtPC.gxx, Extrema_GLocateExtPC.gxx, Intf_InterferencePolygonPolyhedron.gxx, ShapeAnalysis_Surface.cxx, ShapeAnalysis_TransferParametersProj.cxx, ShapeAnalysis_Wire.cxx, math_FunctionSetRoot.cxx.
- Proper initialization of local variables is done in BOPAlgo_PaveFiller_6.cxx, XSDRAWSTLVRML.cxx.
- Inconsistent usage of Standard_Boolean* to access integer data in HLR (caused by #27772) is corrected
Some test cases have been updated to actual state.
1) BRepBuilderAPI_MakeWire::Add (const TopTools_ListOfShape &L) method have been completely rewritten. The order of edges is not significant now.
2) The geometric proximity of free vertices from already existing wire and from input list of edges are also have been taken into account. If such vertices are coincident with each other then they are fused into the one. The original wire remains untouched topologically (yet the tolerances and points can be modified).
3) UBTreeFiller is used to speed up the process of picking of coincident vertices.
4) BRepLib now contains the 'new' method - BoundingVertex(..). The implemenation of this method are taken from BOPTools_AlgoTools::MakeVertex(..).
5) The '-unsorted' argument have been added to 'wire' command.

Any edges with two adjacent faces will be skipped (while updating of their normals) if the number of discretization points (nodes) will be different for each of this faces on this edge.

Update of testing cases
1) Reduce the number of calls to malloc by grouping requests to larger blocks. To achieve this goal, the following ways are used:
- Containers of types sequence, list and map are initialized with an instance of NCollection_IncAllocator, at this taking care of the time of life of allocated objects, so that not to occupy huge amount of memory.
- Allocation of several arrays having the same and short life time is changed so that to allocate a buffer array of necessary size and to place arrays in this buffer.
2) In BRepMesh_FastDiscretFace, optimize the function filterParameters so that to avoid excess memory allocations.
3) In NCollection_CellFilter, change declaration of the method Reset to accept array by reference rather than by value.
4) Add Allocator() method in map, sequence and vector collection classes by analogy with list collection.
5) Correct the size of block for IncAllocator for x64 platform. In order free-ed block to be returned to the system its size should be at least 1024K on x64 and 512K on x86. This allows to retain free virtual space almost to the state before algorithm run.
6) Decrease amount of memory zeroed by calloc. For that, reduce theIncrement parameter of the embedded vectors of the classes NCollection_UBTreeFiller and BRepMesh_VertexInspector to default value 256.
7) Avoid computing bounding box when not necessary (if no relative deflection is used)
8) Cycles by wires of face using TopExp_Explorer are converted to use TopoDS_Iterator instead.
9) BRepMesh_FastDiscret::Add optimized to avoid storing sequences of faces and edges
10) The tests "mesh standard_* W7" are corrected to accept the new behavior. Earlier the following error took place:

Actually it is not a regression, rather improvement, if we look at the snapshot.
11) Change other test cases to their actual state.
Method BRepLib::EncodeRegularity() is improved to set regularity GeomAbs_CN for edges lying on the same-domain surfaces (where derivatives on both surfaces are equal in all points).
DRAW command getedgeregularity is added to query regularity of the edge on specified faces.
DRAW command edgeregul is removed (this functionality is provided by command encoderegularity).

Correction of shape name in test case for issue CR27272
Redundant methods Delete() and Desroy(), created in CDL as a hack to define destructor for the class, are removed; their definitions are converted to definition of destructors. In a couple of places methods Destroy() are preserved (bug made non-virtual) because they are called explicitly.
This branch contains fixes for 26675 and 26431 bugs.
1. Normalization has been eliminated.
2. Interfaces of AppDef_Compute::Parametrization(...) and BRepAlgo_BooleanOperations::SetApproxParameters() methods have been changed.
3. Overloaded methods for ApproxInt_Approx::SetParameters(...), TopOpeBRepTool_GeomTool::GetTolerances(...) and TopOpeBRepTool_GeomTool::SetTolerances(...) have been removed (because some fields of these classes are not used more).
4. Comments for some methods have been changed in BRepApprox_TheMultiLineOfApprox.hxx and GeomInt_TheMultiLineOfWLApprox.hxx files.
