Drop gluScaleImage() and gluBuild2DMipmaps().
Drop gluUnPorject() from samples.
Output message if NPOT is unsupported and texture coordinates was scaled. Texture initialization is fail in this case.

OpenGl_Element destruction and resource deallocation methods now accept
a pointer to OpenGl_Context instead of a handle to avoid double deletion

VoxelDemo sample is redesigned so that it doesn't require compilation of OpenGl classes. It refers to TKOpenGl.dll as to an external library.
