e67e482d99 0029511: Section fails for these two faces
Modified method: Approx_ComputeLine::Compute
Check of multicurve is now always unconditional, the procedure of check is modified to avoid infinite loops.

Modified classes: GeomLib_CheckBSplineCurve and GeomLib_Check2dBSplineCurve
Correction of poles at the ends of curve is modified to fit the direction of tangent defined by two first points or two last points of walking line.

Also modified:

BOPAlgo_PaveFiller: modified methods PostTreatFF, RemoveUsedVertices - now unused vertices are included in the list of vertices to be absorbed by other ones.

896faa7296 0028417: Using PRECOMPILED HEADER to speed up compilation time
Use of Cotire tool is introduced for acceleration of CMake builds, by usage of precompiled headers.
CMake option BUILD_USE_PCH is added to enable / disable use of precompiled headers

When precompiled headers are used, additional compiler macros are defined globally in the build system to avoid problems due to different order of included files:
- NOMINMAX is defined on Windows to prevent defining "min" and "max" as macros by windows.h
- STRSAFE_NO_DEPRECATE and _SCL_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS are defined on Windows to prevent declaring functions of standard C library as deprecated by #pragma, and other warnings in system headers
- GL_GLEXT_LEGACY and GLX_GLEXT_LEGACY are defined to ensure that only OCCT's own glext.h is used
- __STDC_FORMAT_MACROS is defined to have standard C print format macros always defined

Code is corrected to avoid conflicts with system headers and in case of compiling together as unity builds (partially):
- Some locally defined variables in TKV3d, TKHLR are renamed to be unique
- Duplicated definitions of macros and global functions are eliminated in TKSTEP
- Useless header WNT_UInt.hxx is removed
- Usage of local variables conflicting with X11 macro is avoided in Draw_Viewer.cxx
- Local variables in AIS_ConcentricRelation.cxx are renamed to avoid conflict with macros defined in windows.h
- HXX files containing code are renamed to PXX or merged with corresponding CXX files.

IVtkTools classes are corrected to avoid compiler warnings disabled in non-PCH builds by inclusion of VTK headers.

Useless pragmas disabling warnings on MSVC are removed

f1191d3099 0026682: TopExp::MapShapesAndAncestors() will build map with duplicated ancestors.
The new method TopExp::MapShapesAndUniqueAncestors has been implemented, which excludes duplication of ancestors in the list items. The optional Boolean argument 'useOrientation' of this method points whether two same shapes with different orientation will be considered equal.
OCCT code has been inspected and MapShapesAndAncestors has been replaced with MapShapesAndUniqueAncestors where it is necessary.

742cc8b01d 0027350: Support for Universal Windows Platform
- Toolchain file to configure a Visual Studio generator for a Windows 10 Universal Application was added (CMake).
- There is no support for environment variables in UWP.
- SID is not supported (were excluded).
- Windows registry is not supported (were excluded).
- Mess with usage of Unicode/ANSI was corrected.
- Added sample to check UWP functionality.
- Excluded usage of methods with Unicode characters where it is possible.
- Minor corrections to allow building OCAF (except TKVCAF) and DE (except VRML and XDE)
- Building of unsupported modules for UWP platform is off by default .
- Checking of DataExchange functionality was added to XAML (UWP) sample.
- Added information about UWP to the documentation.
- Update of results of merge with issue 27801

e6f550da99 0027067: Avoid use of virtual methods for implementation of destructors in legacy classes
Redundant methods Delete() and Desroy(), created in CDL as a hack to define destructor for the class, are removed; their definitions are converted to definition of destructors. In a couple of places methods Destroy() are preserved (bug made non-virtual) because they are called explicitly.

4e14c88f77 0026431: Can't cut a sphere from a cylinder
This branch contains fixes for 26675 and 26431 bugs.

1. Normalization has been eliminated.
2. Interfaces of AppDef_Compute::Parametrization(...) and BRepAlgo_BooleanOperations::SetApproxParameters() methods have been changed.
3. Overloaded methods for ApproxInt_Approx::SetParameters(...), TopOpeBRepTool_GeomTool::GetTolerances(...) and TopOpeBRepTool_GeomTool::SetTolerances(...) have been removed (because some fields of these classes are not used more).
4. Comments for some methods have been changed in BRepApprox_TheMultiLineOfApprox.hxx and GeomInt_TheMultiLineOfWLApprox.hxx files.
5. Some fields have been deleted from ApproxInt_MultiLine class. Kept members have become constant.
6. Interface of ksection DRAW-command has been changed.
7. Now, 2dintersect DRAW-command prints information about found segments.
8. Some code fragments have been rewritten to make them easier.
9. Algorithm of splitting WLine, which goes through pole of sphere has been improved.
10. Improve approximation algorithm in order to it will compute correct 2D- and 3D-tangent at the end of bezier constraints (including case when curve goes through or finishes on singular points).
11. Interface of IntPatch_WLine::Dump(...) method has been corrected.
12. Some methods for working with Walking-line are made more universal (available for both GeomInt and IntTools packages).
13. Problem in BRepLib::SameParameter(...) method has been fixed (see corresponding comment).
14. Small correction in Draft package.
15. Any outputs in IntPatch_Intersection::Dump(...) method have become disabled because they are useless. If anybody need in this outputs he/she will correct this method himself/herself.

Some explanation of new behavior of some test cases:

 1. Regressions:

a) blend simple X4
The problem is described in the issue #0026740. According to this description,  the result on the current MASTER seems to be wrong indeed.

b) boolean bcommon_complex C7 and boolean bcut_complex Q1
These test case use same shapes with different Boolean operation (COMMON and CUT). They are already BAD (on the MASTER). Now, some sub-shapes have become not-shared, simply. In my opinion, we shall apply new behavior of these tests.

c) boolean bsection M3
The problem described in the issue #0026777 exists even on the current MASTER.

d) boolean bsection M9
The problem is described in the message http://tracker.dev.opencascade.org/view.php?id=26815#c47546. Here, we have really regression in the picture.

e) boolean bsection N2

The problem is described in issue #0026814.

f) boolean volumemaker G1

The problem is described in issue #26020.

g) bugs modalg_1 bug1255 (and bug1255_1)

The problem is described in issue #26815.

h) bugs modalg_2 bug5805_18, bugs modalg_2 bug5805_42, bugs modalg_2 bug5805_46

The problem is described in issue #25925.

79a35943dd 0024831: Make iterators of NCollection classes STL-compatible
STL-compatible iterators returned methods begin() and end() are provided in collection classes from NCollection package.
NCollection_Array1::Iterator is redesigned to use pointer instead of index.
Iterators of Sequence, Array, and Vector are extended by new methods to iterate backwards.

Use of SortTools_QuickSortOfReal is replaced by std::sort() in a few places (where possible).

96a95605cd 0024510: Remove unused local variables
When warnings are enabled, compilers report lots of occurrences
of unused local variables, which makes it harder to find other
meaningful warnings.
This commit does not fix all unused local variables.

Fix new type conversion warning

Code cleaned to avoid MSVC compiler warnings on unused function arguments.
Several useless pieces of code are removed.
Changes in IntTools_EdgeFace.cxx, Blend_Walking_1.gxx, Bnd_BoundSortBox.cxx, ProjLib_ProjectedCurve.cxx are reverted (separated to specific issue for more in-depth analysis).

d633fd7069 0023906: Performance of the projection algorithm in some cases became lower after integration of the fix for the bug 0022610.
New search algorithm Extrema_ExtAlgo_Tree used in projection algorithm in Boolean Operations.
Extrema is set to search only min distance.
Add test case for this fix
Draw command projponf has been modified to provide possibility to change the default parameters of Extrema_ExtPS algorithm:
projponf f pnt [extrema flag: -min/-max/-minmax] [extrema algo: -g(grad)/-t(tree)]
-min - Extrema_ExtFlag_MIN;
-max - Extrema_ExtFlag_MAX;
-minmax - Extrema_ExtFlag_MINMAX (default);
-g - Extrema_ExtAlgo_Grad (default);
-t - Extrema_ExtAlgo_Tree;
Examples:
