1fa1615244 0029571: Samples: build qt samples together with OCCT
Extending CMake procedure by 'BUILD_MODULE_QtSamples' variable to switch on qt samples build.
Implementation required:
- union of occt_toolkit_tool.cmake and occt_toolkit.cmake files;
- correction of qt samples sources by adding path to Qt 'plugins' folder. It helps to avoid definition of additional variable (QT_QPA_PLATFORM_PLUGIN_PATH) when staring sample.bat for qt samples;
- executable processing is extended in cmake procedure by providing 'EXECUTABLE_PROJECT' variable. Now we need not specify custom processing for DRAWEXE in occt_toolkit.cmake

87432b8278 0028726: Quantity_NameOfColor should be replaced by Quantity_Color in function input argument
AIS_InteractiveObject, virtual methods ::SetColor(), ::Color()
returning/accepting Quantity_NameOfColor have been removed.
Virtual method ::SetMaterial() accepting Graphic3d_NameOfMaterial has been also removed.

V3d_View, V3d_Viewer, V3d_AmbientLight, V3d_DirectionalLight,
V3d_Light, V3d_PositionalLight, V3d_SpotLight, Aspect_Window,
methods accepting Quantity_NameOfColor have been removed (duplicates)
or color argument(s) replaced with Quantity_Color.

Create a general draw command 'VRelation' and drop the old 'relation' commands.
Add test cases for new draw command "vrelation".
Add two new methods: Activate and Deactivate which activate/deactivate the given selection mode for all displayed objects.
Eliminate deprecated local context methods in ObjectCommands, QABugs.
Eliminate deprecated local context methods in mfc standard sample and qt samples.

6a24c6ded9 0027900: Coding rules - drop redundant Name parameter from V3d_Viewer constructor
Removed unused methods AIS_InteractiveContext::DomainOfMainViewer(),
V3d_Viewer::NextName(), V3d_Viewer::Domain().

NCollection_List - added methods Contains() and Remove() taking item value.
V3d_Viewer now uses V3d_ListOfLight, V3d_ListOfView instead of V3d_ListOfTransient.

Removed obsolete ZFit workaround from command XShow.

Add handle on environment texture in OpenGl_Workspace.
Add a new parameter UseEnvironmentTexture to the Graphic3d_ZLayerSettings.
OSD layers don't use environment texture by default.

vzlayer can enable/disable environment texture mappping.
Delete unnecessary files Graphic3d_TypeOfSurfaceDetail.hxx and V3d_TypeOfSurface.hxx.
Delete functions SurfaceDetailType and SetSurfaceDetailType functions from Graphic3d_CView.
Delete functions SurfaceDetailState and UpdateSurfaceDetailStateTo from OpenGl_ShaderManager.
Delete class OpenGl_SurfaceDetailState.
Delete functions SurfaceDetailType and SetSurfaceDetailType from OpenGl_View.
Delete functions SetSurfaceDetail and SurfaceDetail() from V3d_View.
Delete functions SetDefaultSurfaceDetail and DefaultSurfaceDetail from V3d_Viewer.
Delete draw command VSetTextureMode.
Add description in dox.

fe9fc66996 0023814: Drop plugin interface for Graphic3d_GraphicDriver instantiation
Drop Graphic3d_GraphicDriver::Begin() and ::End() methods.
Initialization is performed within driver constructor.

Drop dummy argument for Graphic3d_GraphicDriver constructor with library name.
Display connection now should be set instead

Drop Graphic3d::InitGraphicDriver() function and Graphic3d.hxx header.
Application code should explicitly link against TKOpenGl toolkit and instantiate OpenGl_GraphicDriver class.

Drop MetaGraphicDriverFactory implementation within TKOpenGl.

e276548b09 0024130: Implementing ray tracing visualization core
The purpose of this functionality is to bring a basic ray-tracing solution to existing OCCT visualization toolkit (TKOpenGL).
Currently ray-tracing visualization core supports sharp shadows, specular reflections, transparency and adaptive anti-aliasing.
However, the basis for all ray-tracing algorithms is versatile, allowing you to add new ray-tracing features easily (such as ambient occlusion).
All ray-tracing computations are performed on the GPU using OpenCL framework, allowing real-time rendering performance.

It is important to note, that real-time ray-tracing is possible using high-performance GPUs with support of OpenCL 1.1 and higher (such as NVIDIA GeForce 660 or ATI/AMD Radeon 7850).
When using low-end GPUs (such as NVIDIA GeForce 640) the ray-tracing performance may slow down significantly.
Therefore, even with NVIDIA GeForce 640 you can render scenes with the millions of triangles. The support of OpenCL-enabled CPUs and integrated graphics cards is not guaranteed.

eb4320f2d9 0023654: Problem with displaying vertices in OCC view after closing all OCC views and opening new one
Fixed graphic structure recompute after closing view.
Removed collector and all corresponding logic and methods from AIS_InteractiveContext.
Method AIS_InteractiveContext::Erase() now hide object from viewer without deleting resources.
Erased objects now properly recomputed after closing view.
Samples update
Removed useless method AIS_InteractiveContext::EraseMode()
