Clipping range has been moved from SelectMgr_RectangularFrustum to SelectMgr_SelectingVolumeManager
and passed to frustum as an argument to Overlap() methods.
This fixes an issue when Clipping is customized per-object within SelectMgr_ViewerSelector::traverseObject()
in case when shallow copy of SelectMgr_SelectingVolumeManager is created
(frustums are copied from global frustum manager by Handle).

SelectMgr_SelectionManager::mySelectors map is now declared using proper
key type Handle(SelectMgr_ViewerSelector) instead of Handle(Standard_Transient).
Use of Cotire tool is introduced for acceleration of CMake builds, by usage of precompiled headers.
CMake option BUILD_USE_PCH is added to enable / disable use of precompiled headers
When precompiled headers are used, additional compiler macros are defined globally in the build system to avoid problems due to different order of included files:
- NOMINMAX is defined on Windows to prevent defining "min" and "max" as macros by windows.h
- STRSAFE_NO_DEPRECATE and _SCL_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS are defined on Windows to prevent declaring functions of standard C library as deprecated by #pragma, and other warnings in system headers
- GL_GLEXT_LEGACY and GLX_GLEXT_LEGACY are defined to ensure that only OCCT's own glext.h is used
- __STDC_FORMAT_MACROS is defined to have standard C print format macros always defined
Code is corrected to avoid conflicts with system headers and in case of compiling together as unity builds (partially):
- Some locally defined variables in TKV3d, TKHLR are renamed to be unique
- Duplicated definitions of macros and global functions are eliminated in TKSTEP
- Useless header WNT_UInt.hxx is removed
- Usage of local variables conflicting with X11 macro is avoided in Draw_Viewer.cxx
- Local variables in AIS_ConcentricRelation.cxx are renamed to avoid conflict with macros defined in windows.h
- HXX files containing code are renamed to PXX or merged with corresponding CXX files.
IVtkTools classes are corrected to avoid compiler warnings disabled in non-PCH builds by inclusion of VTK headers.
Useless pragmas disabling warnings on MSVC are removed
Several methods in Selection classes have been moved to header files for better inlining.

The corner is now specified by enumeration Aspect_TypeOfTriedronPosition
instead of indirect interpretation of anchor point values.
Fixed handling of Graphic3d_TMF_ZoomRotatePers (combination of Graphic3d_TMF_RotatePers + Graphic3d_TMF_ZoomPers).
PrsMgr_PresentableObject, Graphic3d_CStructure now hold
Handle(Graphic3d_TransformPers) instead of a value.

The getters ::GetClipPlanes() has been removed,
setters taking non-handle ::SetClipPlanes() has been marked deprecated.
OpenGl_Structure::Render() and SelectMgr_ViewerSelector::checkOverlap()
now disable global (view) clipping planes for objects
with flags Graphic3d_TMF_TriedronPers and Graphic3d_TMF_2d
or with new flag Graphic3d_SequenceOfHClipPlane::ToOverrideGlobal().
OpenGl_Clipping now implements interface for managing clipping planes
without copying the sequences.
The filtering of duplicates is no more performed by OpenGl_Clipping
- application is responsible to not do this.
OpenGl_Clipping tries avoiding unnecessary allocations for managing
list of active planes.
MFC sample has been updated to use V3d_View::ClipPlanes() method.
Low-level selection algorithms has been improved to explicitly support 2D
transformation persistent objects. This patch generally touches:
1) SelectMgr_SelectableObjectSet - the lists of objects has been split onto three
subsets (regular, 3d-persistent, 2d-persistent). Each subset has individual BVH
tree. The algorithms are now have more flexibility to update only those trees
that is really required for actual camera state.
2) SelectMgr_ViewerSelector - explicitly supports Eye space selection operations
on BVH tree for 2d-persistent subset. Change of camera position does not
anymore affect acceleration data structure (BVH tree) of 2d-persistent selectable objects.
3) Other classes from SelectMgr have been fine-tuned to provide appropriate API.
Porting notes:
This patch touches very low-level selection classes. If the low-level features were used
the following modifications may need to be considered for porting:
1) Iteration over objects of SelectMgr_SelectableObjectSet should now
be implemented with corresponding Iterator class.
2) SelectMgr_BaseFrustum::ScaleAndTransform and derived classes return
Handle(SelectMgr_BaseFrustum) instead of NCollection_Handle<> type.
Small correction of test case for issue CR27739
SelectMgr_SortCriterion now stores detected SensitiveEntity and 3D point.
SelectMgr_ToleranceMap class definition has been moved out to dedicated file (from SelectMgr_ViewerSelector).
SelectMgr_ViewerSelector - the methods implementing class-as-iterator
Init(), More(), Next(), Picked() and InitDetected(), MoreDetected(),
NextDetected(), DetectedEntity() have been deprecated.
User should access detection results by using index.
New methods PickedData(), PickedEntity(), PickedPoint() have been added
for accessing auxiliary information about picked object in sorted order.
Graphic3d_TransformPers now takes Graphic3d_Camera definition as argument
for methods applying transformation.
Graphic3d_TransformPers::Apply() now computes Graphic3d_TMF_TriedronPers
transformation in the following way:
- The object is moved onto Z focus distance.
- The object is expected to be defined in pixels.
- The Z coordinate on anchor point is used as offset from the view corner in pixels.
- It is now possible to define not only corners of the view, but also middle of the side.
- Graphic3d_TMF_TriedronPers now works with perspective projection.
OpenGl_LayerList::ChangeLayer() - fixed removing of the element in old ZLayer.
OpenGl_Layer::BoundingBox() now takes into account bounding box
of Graphic3d_TMF_TriedronPers presentations for Z-fit operation.

the layers sequence following rendering order (taking into account IsImmediate flag).
StdSelect_ViewerSelector3d::Pick() now sort result taking into account ZLayers flags.
Add a new method AIS_InteractiveContext::SetTransformPersistence, which sets transform persistence to object and selection.
Add a new method SelectMgr_SelectionManager::UpdateSelection, which re-adds selectable object in BVHs in all viewer selectors.
Add a new method SelectMgr_ViewerSelector::MoveSelectableObject, which moves object from set of not transform persistence objects to set of transform persistence objects (or vice versa).
Add a new method Graphic3d_TransformUtils::Convert, which converts gp_Trsf to Graphic3d_Mat4.
Remove the method PrsMgr_PresentableObject::SetTransformPersistence(flag, point).
In frames of this issue binary BVH tree produced by building algorithms was collapsed into 4-ary BVH (QBVH).
The BVH traversal code in GLSL was modified to process such trees correctly.
This allows to implore thread coherence, decrease BVH memory consumption (~2 times), and use traversal stack of the half size.
As a result, ray tracing scalability is improved, as well as rendering performance. For various setups, speedup is 12-18%.
1) Zoom persistence mode now fixes object in pixel coordinates and is independent on view size
2) Used gp_GTrsf instead of gp_Trsf SelectMgr_ViewerSelector to store Graphic3d_Mat4d
3) Zoom persisted objects changed behavior (become bigger) therefore test cases were updated according to new state.
4) Corrected scale for rectangular frustum

if there is an entity with a lower tolerance, selecting frustum will be recalculated for it.
The ability to set sensitivity for each entity individually is moved to protected section of SelectBasics_SensitiveEntity
SetPixelTolerance from AIS_InteractiveContext now sets custom tolerance that is applied to all sensitives.
Added -unset option to vselprecision command to disable custom tolerances.
