0032837: Documentation, Geom_Surface - add references to GeomLib::NormEstim() for Normal computations

References to GeomLib::NormEstim() have been put to Geom_Surface, Adaptor3d_Surface and BRepAdaptor_Surface.
Improved documentation of GeomLib::NormEstim().
