ifv 1dbdf099cd 0029857: Incorrect behavior of Point-Curve Extrema
Check for double solutions has been  added in algorithms Extrema_ELPCOfLocateExtPC and  Extrema_ELPCOfLocateExtPC2d
that find extrema between point and curve.
