Extrema_GenExtPS now prefers resizing of Array2 tables instead of managing tables by extra handles.

several unexpected places copying the object have been fixed.
IntTools_Context - maps of void* have been replaced by typed maps.
Automatic upgrade of OCCT code by command "occt_upgrade . -nocdl":
- WOK-generated header files from inc and sources from drv are moved to src
- CDL files removed
- All packages are converted to nocdlpack

Also all instantiations of the "internal" classes of this classes were moved to the "Geom2dHatch.cdl". For new "BRepGProp_TFunction" and "BRepGProp_UFunction" internal classes two new "*.cdl" files were created.
