Reorganized resources to keep source part in src and real-time scripts in resource folder.

OpenGl_FrameBuffer::Init() now creates MSAA render buffer in case if MSAA textures are unsupported.
In this case OpenGl_View::prepareFrameBuffers() creates MSAA render buffer for main content
and non-MSAA FBO for immediate content as blitting of MSAA render buffers into MSAA targets is unsupported by OpenGL ES 3.0.
env.bat.in has been corrected to include path to custom ANGLE (GLES2_DIR)
in front of Qt which might include its own older ANGLE build.
Added new optional dependency - Draco library.
RWGltf_GltfJsonParser now detects KHR_draco_mesh_compression extension,
marks accessor being compressed and redirects to compressed buffer view.
RWGltf_TriangulationReader now handles decoding of buffer view compressed using Draco.
env.bat template for genproj has been modified to allow specifying dedicated folders
with debug versions of libraries (CSF_OPT_LIB64D / CSF_OPT_BIN64D) within custom.bat.

intended for automating building routines targeting Android platform.
OpenCASCADEConfig.cmake has been extended to detect "$INSTALL_DIR/libs/$CMAKE_ANDROID_ARCH_ABI/cmake/opencascade" location.
The scripts cmake_gen.bat and cmake_gen.sh have been added to facilitate batch building of OCCT correspondingly on Windows and Linux platforms.
The files build.bat and install.bat are copied to the build directory by cmake configure procedure to enable batch building and installation on Windows platform.
V3d_View::AutoZFit() is now called only before redraw
within methods V3d_View::Redraw() and V3d_View::Update().
Graphic3d_CView now holds Aspect_ExtendedRealitySession object.
Aspect_OpenVRSession implements new interface via optional OpenVR library.
Graphic3d_CView::ProcessInput() - added new interface method
which should be called for processing positional input (head tracking).

genproj.tcl has been extended to handle optional CSF_OpenVR dependency.
- 'Search Qt4' is renamed into 'Search Qt'. Configuration uses Qt5 from now. For Qt4 use CMake configuration.
- 'Build Inspector' check box is added. It causes 'tools' toolkits compilation. Activates automatically 'Search Qt' control.
- Many Tcl procedures are extended with additional parameter to giving a directory of processed toolkits. The default directory is 'src', inspector directory is 'tools'. This way is similar Inspector compilation implemented in Cmake build procedure.
- Dependency libraries in DEBUG are stored in __TKDEP_DEBUG__. Qt requires it as names of debug and release libraries are different.
Build tools are updated to support building with Visual Studion 2019 toolset ClangCL (LLVM clang-cl):
- In CMake builds, use of unsupported option "-std=c++0x" is avoided
- Tool genconf recognizes availability of ClangCL toolset and proposes it in the list
- Tool genproj recognizes new compiler specification VCVER=vclang and generates VS 2019 projects for it
Note that vclang configuration puts binaries to folder "vc14" as it is compatible with vc14 CRT.
Code is updated to build with Clang for Windows without errors and warnings:
- In BVH classes, pure virtual destructors are replaced by empty ones, to avoid bogus compiler warning
- In .lex files, pragmas are added to disable warnings in parser code
- In OSD, signature of function _osd_wnt_set_error() is corrected to avoid warning on incorrect use of va_args (undefined behavior)
- In OSD_Host, OSD_Parallel_TBB, warnings on usage of deprecated function are disabled
- In Quantity_ColorRGBA and ViewerTest_CmdParser, incorrect use of predefined macro __FUNCTION__ assuming it was a string literal is avoided
- In Standard_Macro.hxx, code is reordered to handle Clang for Windows appropriately
- In AdvApp2Var_SysBase.hxx, inclusion of obsolete (MSVC-specific) header file is replaced by Standard_TypeDef.hxx
- In Standard_ErrorHandler.hxx, empty statements added to avoid warning on unused class fields
- In IVtkDraw and ViewerTest, interface is corrected to use actual type avoiding unnecessary type casts

Added missing HAVE_RAPIDJSON to env.sh.
genconf.tcl has been extended with new option HAVE_E57
which enables looking for E57 and xerces libraries.
Added new libraries CSF_E57 and CSF_xerces to genproj.tcl.
genproj procedure has been extended with new parameters -solution, set to OCCT by default.
Added missing HAVE_RAPIDJSON to env.sh.
Added implicit file path normalization for PRODUCTS_PATH variable,
to avoid genconf.tcl script malfunction on backslashed.
Added adm/qmake/Occt.pro for building OCCT using Qt Creator.
genproj/genconf scripts have been extended with an option defining project format.
Draw_Appli now tries resolving CASROOT/DRAWDEFAULT/CSF_OCCTResourcePath/CSF_OCCTSamplesPath
locations within usual OCCT development/installation environment.

OSD_Process::ExecutableFolder() - added method returning executable folder.

Correct definition of FFMPEG_DIR in custom.build.bat/sh.in and generation of custom_*.sh (variables CSF_OCCTBinPath and CSF_OCCTLibPath are not empty on the first run)
- samples/tools/TStandalone is removed, to build Inspector out of OCCT, CMake should use tools/CMakeLists.txt fileName
- samples/tools/TInspectorEXE is moved to tools/TInspectorEXE
- TInspectorAPI_Version.hxx provides compilation inspector with earlier version of OCCT.
- _WIN32 definition provides functionality for sample on Windows
- CMake procedure is changed to have Qt5_FOUND variable defined before compilation modules. Searching of Qt packages is moved into qt.cmake.
Extending CMake procedure by 'BUILD_MODULE_QtSamples' variable to switch on qt samples build.
Implementation required:
- union of occt_toolkit_tool.cmake and occt_toolkit.cmake files;
- correction of qt samples sources by adding path to Qt 'plugins' folder. It helps to avoid definition of additional variable (QT_QPA_PLATFORM_PLUGIN_PATH) when staring sample.bat for qt samples;
- executable processing is extended in cmake procedure by providing 'EXECUTABLE_PROJECT' variable. Now we need not specify custom processing for DRAWEXE in occt_toolkit.cmake
All library-specific macros for defining export / import properties of symbols on Windows (like Standard_API, __Draw_API, _math_API etc.) are eliminated.
Common macro Standard_EXPORT is used in all places where it is necessary.
New macro OCCT_STATIC_BUILD is defined for disabling Standard_EXPORT, to be used instead of HAVE_NO_DLL, though the latter is still supported as well (for compatibility).
To allow building OCCT in static mode on Windows after these changes:
- Files OSD_WNT_1.hxx and OSD_WNT_BREAK.hxx are removed; useful declarations are moved to OSD_WNT.hxx
- In the class IVtkVTK_ShapeData, static fields ARRNAME_MESH_TYPES and ARRNAME_SUBSHAPE_IDS are converted to static inline functions
- Global array ChoixRef defined in IntImp_ComputeTangence.cxx is converted to static function returning element of the array by index
- Unused class Quantity_Convert is removed (it had static field accessed by inline method)
- Struct Approx_Data defined in the same way in BRepApprox_Approx.hxx and GeomInt_WLApprox.hxx is made private member of these classes to avoid name clash
- Some C++ files producing no object code are removed
- In NCollection_EBTree.hxx and StdLPersistent_Collectio.hxx, definition of template virtual method is moved to class definition to avoid MSVC linker warnings on unused symbols
Possibility to build OCCT using Visual Studio 2008 (VC9) is restored.
For that:
- template functions and classes from namespace std or tr1 (for VC9) are imported to namespace opencascade which is then used instead of std in relevant places
- templates not provided by compiler (VC9) but required for OCCT are defined in this namespace (in Standard_Handle.hxx)
- methods implementing move semantics are excluded for VC9 compiler (which does not support && syntax)
- support of vc9 compiler is restored in build procedures and environment scripts
- check of type of the current class in macros DEFINE_STANDARD_RTTI* is refactored
VS 2008 is restored in the list of supported platforms on Overview / System Requirements.
'BUILD_Inspector' CMake option switches ON/OFF Inspector in compilation procedure (add additional dependency to Qt third party product)
'inspector.bat' starts sample to demonstrate possibilities of this tool.
Replacing TOOLS to INSPECTOR key for 'pload' command in DRAW cases due to this change in DrawPlugin.
