Scripts adm/cmake/bison.cmake and adm/cmake/flex.cmake are refactored to enable actual search for bison and flex.
Apart of standard locations, also sub-folders of 3RDPARTY_DIR whose names contain "bison" and "flex", respectively, are added to search.
Cache variables 3RDPARTY_BISON_EXECUTABLE and 3RDPARTY_FLEX_EXECUTABLE are removed to avoid confusion (they duplicated similar variables without "3RDPARTY_" prefix).
Lex and Yacc files are corrected to match changes made manually in generated files during last years:
- StepFile/step.yacc: correction missing from #22972
- StepFile/step.lex: corrected for compilation (broken by #31060)
- MSVC-specific code is synchronized between StepFile/step.lex and ExprIntrp/ExprIntrp.lex
- Old commented code and duplicate code blocks removed
Commands for execution of Flex and Bison tools in CMake scripts are tweaked to avoid embedding line numbers (with local paths) in generated files.
Scanners and parsers are regenerated from updated source files with modified options.
Note that lex.ExprIntrp.c is regenerated with multiple differences because option -f (fast scanner) was used for generation of previous version (by WOK).
Build tools are updated to support building with Visual Studion 2019 toolset ClangCL (LLVM clang-cl):
- In CMake builds, use of unsupported option "-std=c++0x" is avoided
- Tool genconf recognizes availability of ClangCL toolset and proposes it in the list
- Tool genproj recognizes new compiler specification VCVER=vclang and generates VS 2019 projects for it
Note that vclang configuration puts binaries to folder "vc14" as it is compatible with vc14 CRT.
Code is updated to build with Clang for Windows without errors and warnings:
- In BVH classes, pure virtual destructors are replaced by empty ones, to avoid bogus compiler warning
- In .lex files, pragmas are added to disable warnings in parser code
- In OSD, signature of function _osd_wnt_set_error() is corrected to avoid warning on incorrect use of va_args (undefined behavior)
- In OSD_Host, OSD_Parallel_TBB, warnings on usage of deprecated function are disabled
- In Quantity_ColorRGBA and ViewerTest_CmdParser, incorrect use of predefined macro __FUNCTION__ assuming it was a string literal is avoided
- In Standard_Macro.hxx, code is reordered to handle Clang for Windows appropriately
- In AdvApp2Var_SysBase.hxx, inclusion of obsolete (MSVC-specific) header file is replaced by Standard_TypeDef.hxx
- In Standard_ErrorHandler.hxx, empty statements added to avoid warning on unused class fields
- In IVtkDraw and ViewerTest, interface is corrected to use actual type avoiding unnecessary type casts

All library-specific macros for defining export / import properties of symbols on Windows (like Standard_API, __Draw_API, _math_API etc.) are eliminated.
Common macro Standard_EXPORT is used in all places where it is necessary.
New macro OCCT_STATIC_BUILD is defined for disabling Standard_EXPORT, to be used instead of HAVE_NO_DLL, though the latter is still supported as well (for compatibility).
To allow building OCCT in static mode on Windows after these changes:
- Files OSD_WNT_1.hxx and OSD_WNT_BREAK.hxx are removed; useful declarations are moved to OSD_WNT.hxx
- In the class IVtkVTK_ShapeData, static fields ARRNAME_MESH_TYPES and ARRNAME_SUBSHAPE_IDS are converted to static inline functions
- Global array ChoixRef defined in IntImp_ComputeTangence.cxx is converted to static function returning element of the array by index
- Unused class Quantity_Convert is removed (it had static field accessed by inline method)
- Struct Approx_Data defined in the same way in BRepApprox_Approx.hxx and GeomInt_WLApprox.hxx is made private member of these classes to avoid name clash
- Some C++ files producing no object code are removed
- In NCollection_EBTree.hxx and StdLPersistent_Collectio.hxx, definition of template virtual method is moved to class definition to avoid MSVC linker warnings on unused symbols
Macro NO_CXX_EXCEPTION was removed from code.
Method Raise() was replaced by explicit throw statement.
Method Standard_Failure::Caught() was replaced by normal C++mechanism of exception transfer.
Method Standard_Failure::Caught() is deprecated now.

Automatic upgrade of OCCT code by command "occt_upgrade . -nocdl":
- WOK-generated header files from inc and sources from drv are moved to src
- CDL files removed
- All packages are converted to nocdlpack
Code corrected to avoid ambiguous situations due to changed implementation of Handle (overloaded methods accepting handles of different types).
In Adaptor3d_CurveOnSurface added method Load() with two parameters, allowing to avoid ambiguity of cast of handles when calling separate methods Load() for curve and surface, replacing by single call.
In DrawTrSurf and IGESData_IGESWriter, template variants of methods Set() and Send(), respectively, are added to avoid ambiguity when these methods are called with handles to derived types (using SFINAE).
In NCollection_DefineHSequence, method Append() accepting handle to another HSequence is made template, to be available only if argument has compatible type.
Macro YY_FATAL_ERROR() is defined in ExprIntrp.lex in order to have exception instead of program exit in case of scanner error. Fixed-length string buffers are replaced by TCollection_AsciiString to avoid buffer overflow.
Some code refactoring: declarations of functions moved to header file, unused global declarations and variables removed, compiler warnings fixed or disabled, obsolete EDL file removed.

Correction of MSVC compiler warning when scanner is generated using Flex 2.5.35 on Linux
Redundant keyword 'mutable' removed in CDL files.
In IGESConvGeom_GeomBuilder, unused methods MakeXY() and MakeXYZ() removed.
Method StepAP214_AutoDesignGroupAssignment::Init() replicating same method of the base class is removed as it causes CDL extraction error after above (seemingly irrelevant) changes.
Removed duplicated instantiations of TCollection classes:
- BRepMAT2d_SequenceOfBasicElt: duplicates MAT_SequenceOfBasicElt
- BRepMesh_NodeHasherOfDataStructureOfDelaun, BRepMesh_IDMapOfNodeOfDataStructureOfDelaun: not used
- QADNaming_DataMapOfShapeOfName: duplicates DNaming_DataMapOfShapeOfName
- TDF_LabelLabelMap: not used
- Graphic3d_SequenceOfAddress: not used
- CDM_StackOfDocument: duplicates ListOfDocument (after fix on #24742)
- Draw_MapOfFunctions: duplicates Plugin_MapOfFunctions
- ExprIntrp_SkackOfNames: duplicates TColStd_ListOfAsciiString (after fix on #24742)
- in package Storage: (H)SeqOfPersistent, MapPSDHasher, (H)SeqOfCallback: not used
In addition, inheritance of MeshVS_ColorHasher from TColStd_MapIntegerHasher is dropped as it is useless but leads to problems if TColStd_MapIntegerHasher is converted to template.
First of the two overloaded functions Draw::Load() removed as it is unused.

When warnings are enabled, compilers report lots of occurrences
of unused local variables, which makes it harder to find other
meaningful warnings.
This commit does not fix all unused local variables.
Fix new type conversion warning
Code cleaned to avoid MSVC compiler warnings on unused function arguments.
Several useless pieces of code are removed.
Changes in IntTools_EdgeFace.cxx, Blend_Walking_1.gxx, Bnd_BoundSortBox.cxx, ProjLib_ProjectedCurve.cxx are reverted (separated to specific issue for more in-depth analysis).
Elimination of compiler warnings
- ExprIntrp: generated file ExprIntrp.tab.c and related WOK scripts removed from the sources
