MSVC 2022/c++20.
After employed c++20 language standard errors of compilation in intel oneTBB occurred.
To get rid of compilation errors proposed moving on actual (2021.5.0) intel oneTBB occ products and occt.
After migration errors of compilation of TKernel and TMath have been occurred...
...Error occurred if using c++20 standard with new oneTBB 2021.5.0.
The error was:
Error C2672 'tbb::v1::parallel_for_each': no matching overloaded function found TKernel
could be 'void tbb::detail::d2::parallel_for_each(Iterator,Iterator,const Body &)' TKernel
'tbb::detail::d2::parallel_for_each': the associated constraints are not satisfied TKernel
Note, that if we use c++14 or c++17, all ok, error does not occures.
To solve the problem, i have to modify `UniversalIterator` class:
`value_type` instead `UniversalIterator` converted to `IteratorInterface*`
`pointer` = `reference` = `value_type`
Method `DownCast` moved into `FunctorInterface` abstract class.
argument `UniversalIterator& item` of the unary fuctions converted to `IteratorInterface*`.
The proposed solution removes compilation error.

Added new optional dependency - Draco library.
RWGltf_GltfJsonParser now detects KHR_draco_mesh_compression extension,
marks accessor being compressed and redirects to compressed buffer view.
RWGltf_TriangulationReader now handles decoding of buffer view compressed using Draco.
env.bat template for genproj has been modified to allow specifying dedicated folders
with debug versions of libraries (CSF_OPT_LIB64D / CSF_OPT_BIN64D) within custom.bat.
Removed unused CSF_FREETYPE from TKOpenGl.
MACOSX_USE_GLX has been renamed to HAVE_XLIB and now configurable on Linux target.
Xw_Window.hxx now export class on non-Linux platforms.
OpenGl_Window now creates an off-screen EGL surface also in case of
window-less desktop setup (e.g. with disabled Xlib on Linux).
Draw_Window - code has been cleaned up.
Class definition has been unified across platforms when possible.
Unusued constructors have been removed.
Internal header files (MainWindow.h, init.h, etc.) have been renamed to .pxx
to avoid their unexpected distribution in "inc".
Added option USE_FREETYPE to CMake configuration, enabled by default.
Added handling of HAVE_FREETYPE macros.
genproj now overrides env.bat/env.sh on template change.
V3d_View::AutoZFit() is now called only before redraw
within methods V3d_View::Redraw() and V3d_View::Update().
Graphic3d_CView now holds Aspect_ExtendedRealitySession object.
Aspect_OpenVRSession implements new interface via optional OpenVR library.
Graphic3d_CView::ProcessInput() - added new interface method
which should be called for processing positional input (head tracking).
Graphic3d_Camera now allows setting custom stereoscopic Projection matrices.
OpenGl_Context::Camera() - context now holds Camera object
in addition to active camera matrices.
genproj.tcl has been extended to handle optional CSF_OpenVR dependency.
- 'Search Qt4' is renamed into 'Search Qt'. Configuration uses Qt5 from now. For Qt4 use CMake configuration.
- 'Build Inspector' check box is added. It causes 'tools' toolkits compilation. Activates automatically 'Search Qt' control.
- Many Tcl procedures are extended with additional parameter to giving a directory of processed toolkits. The default directory is 'src', inspector directory is 'tools'. This way is similar Inspector compilation implemented in Cmake build procedure.
- Dependency libraries in DEBUG are stored in __TKDEP_DEBUG__. Qt requires it as names of debug and release libraries are different.
Build tools are updated to support building with Visual Studion 2019 toolset ClangCL (LLVM clang-cl):
- In CMake builds, use of unsupported option "-std=c++0x" is avoided
- Tool genconf recognizes availability of ClangCL toolset and proposes it in the list
- Tool genproj recognizes new compiler specification VCVER=vclang and generates VS 2019 projects for it
Note that vclang configuration puts binaries to folder "vc14" as it is compatible with vc14 CRT.
Code is updated to build with Clang for Windows without errors and warnings:
- In BVH classes, pure virtual destructors are replaced by empty ones, to avoid bogus compiler warning
- In .lex files, pragmas are added to disable warnings in parser code
- In OSD, signature of function _osd_wnt_set_error() is corrected to avoid warning on incorrect use of va_args (undefined behavior)
- In OSD_Host, OSD_Parallel_TBB, warnings on usage of deprecated function are disabled
- In Quantity_ColorRGBA and ViewerTest_CmdParser, incorrect use of predefined macro __FUNCTION__ assuming it was a string literal is avoided
- In Standard_Macro.hxx, code is reordered to handle Clang for Windows appropriately
- In AdvApp2Var_SysBase.hxx, inclusion of obsolete (MSVC-specific) header file is replaced by Standard_TypeDef.hxx
- In Standard_ErrorHandler.hxx, empty statements added to avoid warning on unused class fields
- In IVtkDraw and ViewerTest, interface is corrected to use actual type avoiding unnecessary type casts

Added missing HAVE_RAPIDJSON to env.sh.
genconf.tcl has been extended with new option HAVE_E57
which enables looking for E57 and xerces libraries.
Added new libraries CSF_E57 and CSF_xerces to genproj.tcl.
genproj procedure has been extended with new parameters -solution, set to OCCT by default.
Added missing HAVE_RAPIDJSON to env.sh.
Added implicit file path normalization for PRODUCTS_PATH variable,
to avoid genconf.tcl script malfunction on backslashed.
genconfdeps.tcl now puts %PRODUCTS_PATH%/$PRODUCTS_PATH into generated custom.bat/custom.sh scripts.

Draw Harness command vanimation has been extended with new options for video recording.

Added support of Visual Studio 2017 (15) in CMake build procedure.
CMake 3.7.2 or above is required to generate projects for VS 2017.
Since version of compiler and toolset remained at 14 (now they are 14.1), and they use the same run-time, the same third-party products as for VS 2015 (14) can be used.
Also the name of the folder for installation of OCCT binaries in OCCT-standard layout (default on Windows) remains "vc14".
Support of Visual Studio 2017 is added in genproj generator and relevant environment, with format specifier "vc141".
The syntax of the genproj command is revised:
- UWP is considered as separate platform ("uwp" alternative to "wnt"), not part of IDE specification
- Option "IDE" is renamed to "Format"
- Obsolete name of local variable "aWokStation" is replaced by equivalent "theFormat"
In environment scripts, additional variables are defined (derived from VCVER, see adm/vcver.bat):
- VCLIB defines name of the subdirectory specific to VS version; it is the same as VCVER except that for VCVER=vc141 VCLIB=vc14 and for VCVER=141-uwp VCLIB=vc14-uwp
- VCFMT is VCVER without optional suffix "-uwp"
- VCPROP is "NativeDesktop" for normal builds or "Universal" for UWP builds
Command genconf is amended to:
- Detect presence of VS 2017 (separately for desktop and UWP)
- Use only two first digits after "vc" in format specification for search of third-party libs
- Have more space in user interface for VS specification

OpenGl_ShaderManager::prepareStdProgramFboBlit() now tries using extension
GL_EXT_frag_depth within OpenGL ES 2.0 when OpenGL ES 3.0 is not available.
OpenGl_View::blitBuffers() now disables Depth test
when copying depth values is not supported by OpenGL ES 2.0 hardware.

A new script adm/upgrade.tcl defines a Tcl procedure occt_upgrade, to be used for upgrading code of OCCT and applications for changes introduced by OCCT 7.0.
Batch script upgrade.bat is provided for convenience.
File upgrade.dat contains data (lists of classes) required for some upgrade steps.
Details on upgrade procedure are put in dox/dev_guides/upgrade/upgrade.md.
OCCT code corrected to improve compatibility with code based on previous versions of OCCT:
- Added conversion operator of handle to bool, for use in conditional expressions.
- Forward declaration of argument class restored in macro DEFINE_STANDARD_HANDLE.
- Includes of used classes added in some headers to avoid problem of missing includes in dependent code
- Type cast operators to base curve and surface added in GC and GCE2d classes to reduce porting issues.

WOK tool for configuring custom.bat is also copied; it is called by genproj if custom.bat does not exist
Environment variable SHORTCUT_HEADERS can be defined in custom.bat to have headers put in inc just shortcuts to actual headers, instead of copies.
Corresponding option "copy OCCT short-cut headers instead of original one to inc folder" is added to genconf dialog
