bfd69b5f7b 0029102: Missing points using GCPnts_QuasiUniformDeflection
Correct the method PerformCurve of GCPnts_QuasiUniformDeflection to get the proper derivative at the end of the current curve.

Improve the Draw commands "crvpoints" and "crvtpoints" so that to work with wires as composite curves.

9775fa6110 0026937: Eliminate NO_CXX_EXCEPTION macro support
Macro NO_CXX_EXCEPTION was removed from code.
Method Raise() was replaced by explicit throw statement.
Method Standard_Failure::Caught() was replaced by normal C++mechanism of exception transfer.
Method Standard_Failure::Caught() is deprecated now.
Eliminated empty constructors.
Updated samples.
Eliminate empty method ChangeValue from NCollection_Map class.
Removed not operable methods from NCollection classes.

9bf3ef8355 0024553: Deleting obsolete/unused ".gxx" files from "GCPnts"
Extension of files GXX is changed to "pxx" to avoid them to be copied to inc folder.
Code of inline functions contained in LXX files is merged to HXX files, LXX files are removed.

9c1519c4c5 0027108: GCPnt_TangentialDeflection does not respect linear deflection
Modification of algorithm in order to prevent violation of angular and curvature deflection condition for smooth intervals of curve.
Modification of algorithm for calculation of maximal deflection in command crvtpoints, crvpoints (CR25649)
Elementary bug fixing in algorithm GCPnts_UniformDeflection.gxx
Modification of test cases in order to set new reference parameters of shape triangulations
Some tests:

  mesh standard_incmesh C7, V3
  mesh standard_incmesh_parallel C7, V3
  mesh standard_mesh C7, V3
  mesh standard_shading V3
were modified by TODO with reference bug 27226, because some problems in meshing algorithm (package BRepMesh) were discovered when tessellation of edges was changed. These problems cannot be solved by modification of GCPnts_TangentialDeflection algorithm. New issue #27226 was created, see bugtracker for details.

5b111128de 0024023: Revamp the OCCT Handle - gcc and clang
Adaptations for compiling with GCC 4.7 and 4.8:
- Construction semantics is used for Handle objects being initialized by const Handle objects of derived type, to avoid overload resolution error in GCC 4.7.
- Missing includes added.
- Fixed bugs related to misuse of direct casts of handle.
- Eliminate CLang warnings on uninitialized and unused variables, functions, and expressions

74da0216d7 0025378: Building of triangulation for distored surfaces can take very long using BRepMesh_IncrementalMesh
New parameter MinSize has been introduced to BRepMesh and GCPnts_TangentialDeflection;

Check length of remaining part of curve for min size parameter instead of distance between two points to avoid large gaps in case highly distorted BSpline surfaces;

Produce fine mesh for sphere and fix other surface;

DRAW command discrCurve was created to test GCPnts_UniformAbscissa by count of discretization point.
Two bugs in GCPnts_AbscissaPoint were fixed.
DRAW tests for the bug were created.

96a95605cd 0024510: Remove unused local variables
When warnings are enabled, compilers report lots of occurrences
of unused local variables, which makes it harder to find other
meaningful warnings.
This commit does not fix all unused local variables.

Fix new type conversion warning

Code cleaned to avoid MSVC compiler warnings on unused function arguments.
Several useless pieces of code are removed.
Changes in IntTools_EdgeFace.cxx, Blend_Walking_1.gxx, Bnd_BoundSortBox.cxx, ProjLib_ProjectedCurve.cxx are reverted (separated to specific issue for more in-depth analysis).
