a5a7b3185b Coding - Apply .clang-format formatting #286
Update empty method guards to new style with regex (see PR).
Used clang-format 18.1.8.
New actions to validate code formatting is added.
Update .clang-format with disabling of include sorting.
  It is temporary changes, then include will be sorted.
Apply formatting for /src and /tools folder.
The files with .hxx,.cxx,.lxx,.h,.pxx,.hpp,*.cpp extensions.

e1eb39d29d 0032365: Visualization - refactoring of viewer selector
Add SelectMgr_BaseIntersector class as base intersector that can have any geometry not only frustum.
Remove cached static array of selecting volumes from selecting volume manager. Keep only one the latest active selection volume.
Change initialization interface of active volume frustum inside of selecting volume manager: Init*SelectingVolume(), set required parameters, BuildSelectingVolume(). Mark existing BuildSelectingVolume() methods as deprecated.
Use SelectMgr_SelectionType instead of SelectBasics_SelectingVolumeManager::SelectionType (the last one is marked as deprecated).
Add interface GetViewRayDirection() to selecting volume manager to get view ray direction (instead of computation it as vector from near to far point).
Add interface IsScalableActiveVolume() to selecting volume manager to check possibility of scaling of current active selecting volume.

e816dce36e 0032086: Visualization - support deferred data loading
1) Extend Poly_Triangulation by mesh purpose, possibility to be cleared and late-load deferred data interfaces.
2) Update BRep_TFace to store list of triangulations istead of single one. And also active one. Update getter and setter of single triangulation and add new methods to interaction with whole triangulations list.
3) Update BRep_Tool to get single triangulation of face according to the input mesh purpose or whole triangulations list.
4) Update BRep_Builder to make face by not only single triangulation but whole triangulations list with specified active one.
5) Add new methods to BRepTools to interact with shape triangulations (Load/Unload/Activate/LoadAll/UnloadAllTriangulation(s))
6) Add new 'tlateload'command for shape to load/unload/activate triangulations.
7) Update 'trinfo' command by '-lods' options to print detailaed information about LODs of this shape
8) Support empty triangulations by selection. Use bounding box selection in this case.
9) Add new 'outdisplist' option to XDispaly command to print list of displayed objects to output variable but not to theDI
10) Add new '-noecho' option to vdisplay command to skip printing of displayed objects to theDI
11) Create new RWMesh_TriangulationSource as mesh data wrapper for delayed triangulation loading.
12) Create new RWMesh_TriangulationReader as base interface for reading primitive array from the buffer.
13) Cache nodes/triangles number defined in glTF file
14) Use RWMesh_TriangulationSource class as base of RWGltf_GltfLatePrimitiveArray one and RWMesh_TriangulationReader class as base of RWGltf_TriangulationReader one
15) Add possibilty to support of LODs by glTF reader. It is possible to skip data loading and load them later
16) Add new '-skiplateloading' (to skip triangulation loading), '-keeplate' (to keep information about deferred storage to load/unload triangulation later),
'-toprintdebuginfo' (to print additional debug information) options to ReadGltf command
17) Add new test of glTF late loading

a24a782174 0031440: Visualization - Impossible to make common behaviour for multi-selection in viewer
A special mode for the selecting by polygon is added to select only completely overlapping objects.

In order to track the sensitives that were included completely by defined polygon, the boundary points of the polygonal frustrum are stored in the variable myBoundaryPoints.

If an sensitive intersects with at least one of the frustrums from myFrustums, then checking whether this object intersects with borders using the isIntersectBoundary method; if not, then the sensitive were included completely by defined polygon.

Because the polygon can be concave, then to check the sensitive were included completely by defined polygon, it is not enough to check of all its points, it is necessary that the edges of the sensitive do not intersect polygonal frustrum. To do this, for polygonal selection, a call to the Overlaps method for a point was replaced by a call to a segment where necessary.

bc73b00672 0031313: Foundation Classes - Dump improvement for classes
- Provide DumpJson for geometrical, ocaf and visualization classes;
- Change depth parameter of DumpJson (constant is not obligate here)
- Introduce a new macro for transient objects to be called as the first row in DumpJson: OCCT_DUMP_TRANSIENT_CLASS_BEGIN. We need not put the class name in the macro, using get_type_name of Standard_Transient for it.
- change implementation of OCCT_DUMP_CLASS_BEGIN and OCCT_DUMP_TRANSIENT_CLASS_BEGIN. It is not an sentry more and it does not create a new hierarchy level. It appends a new row into the output stream: "className": <className>
- OCCT_DUMP_* does not require semicolon
- class header is included first in source files of TDataStd, TDocStd, TCAFDoc

0ef04197f7 0030687: Visualization - remove redundant interfaces SelectBasics_EntityOwner and SelectBasics_SensitiveEntity
SelectBasics_EntityOwner has been merged into SelectMgr_EntityOwner.
Unused property SelectMgr_EntityOwner::ResetLocation() has been removed.
SelectBasics package has been moved from TKService to TKV3d.

SelectBasics_SensitiveEntity has been merged into Select3D_SensitiveEntity.

4a056d205b 0030058: Visualization, Select3D_SensitivePrimitiveArray - the selection is not fast enough
Select3D_SensitiveSet::Matches() has been improved to check if BVH node is fully included by selection volume
and pass this information to overlapsElement()/elementIsInside() interfaces
to avoid expensive partial overlapping checks for individual elements.
Select3D_SensitivePrimitiveArray implements this new interface to improve partial overlapping performance.
Select3D_SensitivePrimitiveArray::Matches() now handles rectangle selection for sub-elements when Elements map is defined.
Added missing const to SelectMgr_BaseFrustum::Overlaps() methods.

AIS_PointCloud has been extended with new selection mode for collecting selected nodes

Draw Harness command vdrawparray has been extended with an option -shape
allowing to create a triangulation from tessellated shape.

170175554f 0029938: Visualization - SelectMgr_ViewerSelector::PickedPoint() should return point lying on an object
Extended SelectBasics_PickResult structure by myObjPickedPnt field, which contained the value of the 3d point on the selected object.
Changed all Overlaps methods. Parameter theDepth replaced on object of the structure SelectBasics_PickResult. This approach will be able to add new fields to SelectBasics_PickResult structure without big changes in modules which contained Overlaps method.

91d9637224 0027536: Visualization - incorrect behavior of zoom persisted objects
1) Zoom persistence mode now fixes object in pixel coordinates and  is independent on view size

2) Used gp_GTrsf instead of gp_Trsf SelectMgr_ViewerSelector to store  Graphic3d_Mat4d

3) Zoom persisted objects changed behavior (become bigger) therefore test cases were updated according to new state.

4) Corrected scale for rectangular frustum

3bf9a45f7a 0026195: Visualization - optimize selection algorithms
- initial transformation of triangulation is now applied to selecting frustum;
- switched from NCollection_Vec3 to gp collections to avoid conversions and usage of macros;
- calculation of frustum was refactored to reduce its build time;
- double pixel tolerances for selection were replaced by integer ones;
- switched to splitting along the main axis only in SelectMgr BVH selection primitive sets.

2157d6ac63 0026147: Visualization - restore the ability to pick only fully included objects in rectangular selection
2 modes of rectangular selection are available: inclusion-only and overlap-allowing;
The modes can be switched using method AllowOverlapDetection from StdSelect_ViewerSelector3d;
BVH for sensitive entities now builds if there is more than max number of leafs in collection;
Added option -allowoverlap to command vselect;
Interactive rectangular selection in Draw is now available in 2 modes:
- if the user starts selection from upper corners, only fully included objects will be selected;
- if the user starts selection from lower corners, both partially and fully overlapped objects will be selected.

Redesign of selection mechanism:
- implemented 3-level BVH tree for selection;
- selection now calculates in 3D space;
- intersection tests were moved to SelectMgr_BaseFrustum descendants;
- removed .cdl files in Select3D and .cdl related to selection in MeshVS;
- SelectMgr_ViewerSelectors are now shared between local and global contexts;
- transformations of sensitive entities are now stored in SelectMgr_SelectableObject only. Sensitive entities are independent from transformations, it is applied to SelectMgr_SelectingVolumeManager instance only;
- connected and multiple connected interactive objects are now represented by their child objects only for SelectMgr_SelectionManager;
- if interactive object has child objects, they will be stored as separate objects in SelectMgr_SelectionManager now.
- test cases bugs/vis/bug24623_1, bug24623_2, bug24623_3, bug24623_4 to test performance and memory issues.

4269bd1b11 0024070: OpenGL capped object-level clipping planes
Graphical clipping:
- Use "Graphic3d_ClipPlane" to defined clipping for PrsMgr_PresentableObject (local clipping), for V3d_View (global clipping).

Get rid of old implementations:
- Remove Visual3d_ClipPlane.
- Port V3d_Plane to Graphic3d_ClipPlane core.

Selection Sensitives:
- Port "Matches" method to add full set of arguments (SelectBasics_PickArgs), including min-max depth coming from selector.
- Get rid of transient data for pair Matches -> ComputeDepth.
- Extend SelectMgr_ViewerSelector::LoadResult to work with local clipping, add virtual callbacks to compute globa/local depth clipping for picking.

Capping rendering algorithm:
- Recursive rendering algorithm for OpenGl_Groups.
- Introduced Rendering filter for groups.

Clipping plane management in TKOpenGl:
- Added OpenGl_ClippingState to OpenGl_Context.

DRAWEXE commands:
- Ported "vclipplane" command for new approach.
- Added "vsettexturemode" command for changing texture details in views (enable / disable textures).

Correct DownCast syntax (compilation error)

Fix new compiler warnings

tests/bugs/vis/bug22906 migrated to the new vclipplane syntax
