7e785937b3 0025748: Parallel version of progress indicator
Progress indication mechanism is refactored to support incrementing progress within multithreaded algorithms.

The class Message_ProgressIndicator is only an interface to the user application.
It accumulates the progress provided by progress scopes.
The counter is protected by mutex for thread-safety.

The new class Message_ProgressScope replacing Message_ProgressSentry should be used to advance the progress.
The scopes are nested to each other to reflect the nested nature of operations.
The new class Message_ProgressRange should be used to pass the progress to sub-scopes.

All OCCT algorithms involving progress indication have been updated to new API.

Improvements in Draw_ProgressIndicator:
- Separate console mode has been added in order to make possible to put the progress into std::cout instead
  or in addition to the draw interpreter, instead of trigger option "-tclOutput".
- Treatment of Ctrl-Break signal has been added.
  Now any operation can be aborted by Ctrl-C or Ctrl-Break keystroke.

Added new test case 'perf fclasses progr_par' for testing of parallel work of the progress.

89180f9822 0029803: STEP Import: Units (inch) not applied to entity possessing GEOMETRIC_REPRESENTATION_CONTEXT
Translation of the entities AXIS2_PLACEMENT_3D including in the entity CONSTRUCTIVE_GEOMETRY_REPRESENTATION_RELATIONSHIP was added.
Entity  AXIS2_PLACEMENT_3D is translated to the planar face with axis equal to AXIS2_PLACEMENT_3D.
New parameter "read.step.constructivegeom.relationship" is added to enable this translation (by default it is OFF).

06a505ba53 0030087: Invalid result of the translation of the assembly when relating and related products are mixed in the SRR entity
Detection of specific case of error in the definition of transformation matrix describing position of the component within assembly, when it has Axis Placements swapped, is corrected to handle the case when one of these Axis Placements is contained in both Shape Representations (of the assembly and its component).
This allows the problematic STEP file to be translated correctly.

63cdf48ec1 0029830: STEPCAFControl_Reader poor performance - quadratic dependence
Various performance improvements in STEP read/write algorithms:
- Search for the  label of a shape or component shape is improved using map mechanism instead of brute force iteration.
- Invariant FindEntities() is moved out of the loop in the method getStyledItem in STEPCAFControl/STEPCAFControl_Writer.cxx.
- A pointer to the end of binders chain is added in Transfer_Binder class to speed up adding a binder to the chain.
- Small fixes are added  to eliminate excess copying of handles, calls of handle DownCasts and so on.

Stack overflow is removed during destruction of STEP model with long chains of Transfer_Binder.
It is possible to use the Draw commands ReadStep and WriteStep to read/write from the session without accessing the disk file (use '.' for the file name).

Performance test cases for STEP reading/writing have been added.

2c25cc04e0 0029029: Exception Raised with no Result during reading file 2033zsh1_1.stp
Static function stepstrcmp() in StepData_StepReaderData.cxx is replaced by plain strcmp() to have the full strings compared (stepstrcmp() returned true if one of strings was longer than the other but common part was equal).
Protection is added to avoid exception for cases when representation entities are NULL

b1811c1d2b 0029151: GCC 7.1 warnings "this statement may fall through" [-Wimplicit-fallthrough=]
New macro Standard_FALLTHROUGH is defined for use in a switch statement immediately before a case label, if code associated with the previous case label may fall through to that
next label (i.e. does not end with "break" or "return" etc.).
This macro indicates that the fall through is intentional and should not be diagnosed by a compiler that warns on fallthrough.

The macro is inserted in places that currently generate such warning message and where fallthrough is intentional.

Doxygen comments are provided for this and other macros in Standard_Macro.hxx.

2bc6f71528 0028715: Invalid shape produced by reading of attached STEP file. Regression from OCCT-6.9.1 to OCCT-7.0.0.
Corrections: to use fixed shape as result in the non-manifold mode was made.

Regression was due to using modified initial shape as result in the previous version OCCT. At present initial shape is not modified during ShapeProcessing. Therefore modification to use fixed result was made.

Additionally using of nonManifold flag is added to ShapeProcessing.

dde6883382 0027772: Foundation Classes - define Standard_Boolean using C++ type "bool" instead of "unsigned int"
Code has been updated to remove no-op casts and implicit casts to Standard_Boolean.

Places of inproper use of Standard_Boolean instead of Standard_Integer
have been corrected:
- Bnd_Box, Bnd_Box2d
  Bit flags are now defined as private enum
- HLRAlgo_BiPoint, HLRAlgo_EdgesBlock, HLRBRep_EdgeData, HLRBRep_FaceData
  Bit flags are now defined as enum
- HLRAlgo_EdgeStatus, HLRBRep_BiPnt2D, HLRBRep_BiPoint
  Bit flags are now defined as bool fields
- HLRAlgo_PolyData
  Bit flags are now defined as Standard_Integer
- OSD_DirectoryIterator, OSD_FileIterator
  Boolean flag is now defined as Standard_Boolean
- ShapeAnalysis_Surface::SurfaceNewton()
  now returns Standard_Integer (values 0, 1 or 3)
- ChFi2d_FilletAlgo
  now uses TColStd_SequenceOfBoolean instead of TColStd_SequenceOfInteger
  for storing boolean flags

Method IFSelect_Dispatch::PacketsCount() has been dropped from interface.

ShapeFix_Solid::Status() has been fixed to decode requested status
instead of returning integer value.

TopOpeBRepBuild_Builder1 now defines map storing Standard_Boolean values
instead of Standard_Integer.

Persistence for Standard_Boolean type has been corrected
to keep backward compatibility:
- BinMDataStd, BinTools, FSD_BinaryFile

Broken Draw Harness commands vdisplaymode and verasemode have been removed.

BRepMesh_FastDiscretFace::initDataStructure() - workaround old gcc limitations

BRepMesh_IncrementalMesh::clear() - avoid ambiguity

c6f530b8d9 0027721: Add possibility to read STEP file with invalid shape_representation entity.
Add special parameter, which allow reading of all top level (not shared by any other entities) solids (manifold_solid_brep) and shells (shell_based_surface_model).

The examples how to use a new parameter:

DRAW:
switch on a parameter:
    param read.step.all.shapes On
update model to apply new parameter value:
    newmodel
read as usual:
    stepread test.stp res * // each top level solid or shell will be read as res_i shape.
    or
    ReadStep Doc test.stp

CXX Code:
switch on a parameter:
    Interface_Static::SetIVal("read.step.all.shapes", 1);
read as usual

caaeed1b91 0024023: Revamp the OCCT Handle -- StepToGeom
StepToGeom package refactored to avoid C-style casts of handles to derived types.

Instead of 45 classes, each defining single static method, it now defines 45 static methods in the main package class.
Results of conversion are returned in normal way rather than via function parameter.

Fixed reference-type local variable pointing to temporary object

Redundant keyword 'mutable' removed in CDL files.
In IGESConvGeom_GeomBuilder, unused methods MakeXY() and MakeXYZ() removed.
Method StepAP214_AutoDesignGroupAssignment::Init() replicating same method of the base class is removed as it causes CDL extraction error after above (seemingly irrelevant) changes.

66d6976f7a 0023379: Exporting single point into STEP produces a compound with two points
Adding single vertex for second time was removed.
Adding single vertex in first time was removed, but for second time was returned.
Duplication of vertex compound in STEPControl_GeometricCurveSet mode was removed.
