Draw command GetNDStrings was improved to sort the properties by the keys and
skip conversions of the strings to type TCollection_AsciiString.
Certain Draw commands were corrected to use the Draw interpreter instead of "std::cout".
A Tcl procedure was created to compare two multi-line strings.
RWMesh_NodeAttributes has been extended with NamedData property for passing Metadata.
RWMesh_CafReader::addShapeIntoDoc() has been corrected to avoid
adding calling XCAFDoc_ShapeTool::AddSubShape() for sub-shape labels.
Attributes for Products and Instances are now set independently to shape labels.
Sharing of Compounds (previously always duplicated) as sub-Components has been fixed.
TDataStd_NamedData has been extended with interface for deferred data loading.
Setters have been corrected to avoid duplicating lookups within map.
"endl" manipulator for Message_Messenger is renamed to "Message_EndLine".
The following entities from std namespace are now used
with std:: explicitly specified (from Standard_Stream.hxx):

std::filebuf,std::streambuf,std::streampos,std::ios,std::cout,std::cerr,
std::cin,std::endl,std::ends,std::flush,std::setw,std::setprecision,

STEPCAFControl_Reader::SourceCodePage() - added property defining text encoding
for converting names within STEPCAFControl_Reader::ReadNames() method.
Added associated "read.stepcaf.codepage" parameter,
which default value is Resource_UTF8, preserving current behavior.
Resource_FormatType enumeration has been extended by UTF8 and SystemLocale values.
Resource_Unicode - added conversion methods taking Resource_FormatType as argument.
GetName command has been corrected to NOT replace non-Latin symbols.
vdisplay no longer opens BREP file in case if Draw variable is not found.
Draw::Get() unused Complain argument has been removed from method definition.
Added Draw::GetExisting() and DBRep::GetExisting() commands never performing picking.
Added a comments and Standard_DEPRECATED macros to obsolete methods that these methods will be removed and that the corresponding field myDimension is not stored in the document.
Unit test and additional parsing rule for tests are added as well as a minor fix of the draw command for bug24164_2 unit test (in reference array it was impossible to set only one value).
Added the exception for the checking in issue 2269, when bad document is read.
It checks that there is no crash, but just an error message. If crash is appeared, this test will not skipped anyway.
Correction of test for bug2269 and parse.rules
OCAF attributes TDataStd_AsciiString, TDataStd_Integer, TDataStd_Name, TDataStd_Real are extended by possibility to use custom GUID.
Now multiple attributes of any of these types can be placed at the same label using different user-defined GUIDs.
For this new "Set" methods were added into each attribute, which takes this custom GUID as an argument.
Other aspects of management of attributes on labels remain the same.
Version number of persistent OCAF documents is incremented.
However, the attributes are stored in the same way unless non-standard GUID is used for particular attribute.
Previously saved documents are fully supported, but the new documents with this extension used will be non-readable by the previous version of OCAF libraries.
Code has been updated to remove no-op casts and implicit casts to Standard_Boolean.

Method IFSelect_Dispatch::PacketsCount() has been dropped from interface.
ShapeFix_Solid::Status() has been fixed to decode requested status
instead of returning integer value.
TopOpeBRepBuild_Builder1 now defines map storing Standard_Boolean values
instead of Standard_Integer.
Persistence for Standard_Boolean type has been corrected
to keep backward compatibility:
- BinMDataStd, BinTools, FSD_BinaryFile

Added test case that works in one of two modes:
1) create synthetic document (in old version of OCCT) containing all possible attributes.
2) open the document and compare all attributes with expected values.
Fixed reading of TDataStd_NamedData, TDataXtd_PatternStd, and PColStd_HArray2OfReal.
Point and curve representations are created even from NULL geometry handles.
The code is simplified by abandoning usage of templates from StdObjMgt_ContentTypes class for persistent data elements.
Fixed SetAsciiString Draw command failed when the target label contained NamedData attribute.
1) Macro definition WNT replaced by _WIN32 and _MSC_VER for platform and compiler detection accordingly.
2) Macro definition LIN replaced by __linux__ macro.
3) Macro definition DEB replaced by OCCT_DEBUG macro.
All CMake meta-projects for OCCT are put to OCCT code (including fragments previously generated by WOK).
"/bigobj" compiler flag added to TKQADraw because of the size of its object file

When warnings are enabled, compilers report lots of occurrences
of unused local variables, which makes it harder to find other
meaningful warnings.
This commit does not fix all unused local variables.

Optimization of a byte-array for XML persistence (binary persistence is ok).
