0423218095 0030895: Coding Rules - specify std namespace explicitly for std::cout and streams
"endl" manipulator for Message_Messenger is renamed to "Message_EndLine".

The following entities from std namespace are now used
with std:: explicitly specified (from Standard_Stream.hxx):
std::istream,std::ostream,std::ofstream,std::ifstream,std::fstream,
std::filebuf,std::streambuf,std::streampos,std::ios,std::cout,std::cerr,
std::cin,std::endl,std::ends,std::flush,std::setw,std::setprecision,
std::hex,std::dec.

4b114473ef 0029734: Modeling Algorithms - Compute global properties of tessellated shape
New algorithms calculating global properties on mesh data have been added:
- BRepGProp_MeshCinert computes the global properties of polylines represented by a set of points;
- BRepGProp_MeshProps computes the global properties of a surface mesh.

Existing tool BRepGProp now automatically uses new algorithm for triangulation-only faces.
By default, algorithm will use exact geometry objects (surfaces), when it is available (as before the patch);
this behavior can be switched by a new flag UseTriangulation, forcing usage of triangulation instead of exact geometry when both defined.

b2d1851c43 0029814: Modeling Data - add method TopoDS_Shape::NbChildren() for simple check of sub-shapes number
TopoDS_Shape::NbChildren() - new method has been introduced.
TopoDS_Shape.lxx, TopoDS_TShape.lxx - inline methods have been moved to hxx.
TopoDS_TShape_Flags has been redeclared as enumeration instead of preprocessor macros.

Cyclic dependency between headers TopoDS_Shape.hxx and TopoDS_TShape.hxx eliminated.

Places where TopoDS_Iterator is used only for calculation of number of sub-shapes are updated to use NbChildren() instead

e50ebf1f0f 0029701: BRepTools::Update(Face) unexpectedly updates UV points of pcurve
The method *BRepTools::UpdateFaceUVPoints* has been modified to resets the UV points of the edge to the bounding points of the parametric curve of the edge on the face.

Test cases for the issue.

Adjust test cases heal split_angle_advanced ZC3, ZE6, ZE9 for current behavior as they show less faulty shapes now.
Adjust test case bugs modalg_6 bug21246 as it works correctly now.

11af6cddf5 0029591: Improvements in the class BRepOffset_Tool
- Add the flag ExtensionMode in the method BRepOffset_Tool::EnLargeFace, defining the mode of extension of the surface of the face. Old behavior is to be remained the default one.

- Fix wrong building of extended face on a closed surface. Now, if the face is closed in U direction (like cylinder) but the seam edge is shifted from 0 position, the resulting extended face has properly connected seam edge.

- Add new public static method BRepTools::DetectClosedness(), which checks whether a face is closed in U and V directions.

fc8918ad91 0029081: With Mingw-w64 Unicode Paths Do Not Work
OSD_OpenStream() now uses __gnu_cxx::stdio_filebuf extension for opening UNICODE files on MinGW when using C++ file streams.
Variant accepting filebuf returns bool (true if succeeded and false otherwise).

Checks of ofstream to be opened made via calls to low-level ofstream::rdbuf() are replaced by calls to ofstream::is_open(); state of the stream is also checked (to be good).
Unicode name used for test file in test bugs fclasses bug22125 is described (for possibility to check it).

fb0b05319f 0027838: Foundation Classes - support wchar_t* input within TCollection_AsciiString and TCollection_ExtendedString
TCollection_ExtendedString/TCollection_AsciiString description
has been updated to reflect usage of this classes for Unicode strings.

TCollection_ExtendedString now defines constructor taking wchar_t* (all platforms)
and method ::ToWideString() returning wchar_t* (Windows only).
TCollection_AsciiString now defines constructor taking wchar_t*.

TCollection_ExtendedString/TCollection_AsciiString now defines
auxiliary methods ::StartsWith() and ::EndsWith().

TCollection_ExtendedString internals has been updated to eliminate
duplicated code for converting between UTF-16 and UTF-8.

Code has been cleaned up from redundant explicit conversions to wchar_t*.
Global method OSD_OpenStream()/OSD_OpenFileBuf() have been replaced
by C++ template to eliminate copy-paste for different STL collections.

OSD_SharedLibrary now uses wide-char system API call LoadLibraryExW()
on Windows for consistency.

New macro Standard_UNUSED has been added for marking possibly unused functions and variables
(to suppress gcc/clang compiler warnings).

59495dbe8a 0023511: The function BRepTools::UVBounds provides icorrect result for a face
Range of changing of some analytic curves is computed by other methods. It allows computing face's boundaries with more precise.
Tolerance was increased to provide successful work of some algorithms.
Functions BRepOffsetAPI_MiddlePath::Build() and ApproxWithPCurves(...) (file IntTools_FaceFace.cxx) were changed according to new result of algorithm's work.
It is possibly for "outboundaried faces" (see bug#23675) to compute incorrect UV-Bounds, when first parameter is more than last. To avoid it, extended control of computed bounds was added.
Function for fail sameparameter fixing was added to HLRAppli_ReflectLines to avoid creation bad shapes after algorithm's work.

In file ShapeFix_ComposeShell.cxx only text formatting was changed.

Some test cases are changed according to their new behavior.

d4faf9e945 0024599: Tools for interacting with DRAW from Visual Studio debugger
Global functions are added to allow a user performing DRAW commands from VS Command Window when DRAW is interrupted on a breakpoint.
Previously existing functions are adapted to work with Visual Studio debugger (Command Window).
A manual describing use of these functions and other debugging facilities and some hints is added to Developer Guides.
Minor corrections and refinement of debug.md.
