- append new MessageView plugin to display content of Message_Report;
- correct DumpJson of TDataStd array attributes to print Lower/Upper values;
- correct remove level of Message_Report to store stop time during removing all levels;
- append DumpJson for TFunction, TPrsStd attributes;
- correct DumpJson of XCAFDoc tools due to simplify performance of it;
- move AttributeInfo functionality from XDEDRAW into a static public method of XCAFDoc to call it outside;
- remove obsolete pane classes in DFBrowser plugin, now we may use DumpJSon panel to visualize this content of attributes;
- add new property panel in DFBrowser (synchronized with the same in other plugins);

- remove History panel in VInspector as not used, MessageView will be better solution for this;

- Introduce a new macro for transient objects to be called as the first row in DumpJson: OCCT_DUMP_TRANSIENT_CLASS_BEGIN. We need not put the class name in the macro, using get_type_name of Standard_Transient for it.
- change implementation of OCCT_DUMP_CLASS_BEGIN and OCCT_DUMP_TRANSIENT_CLASS_BEGIN. It is not an sentry more and it does not create a new hierarchy level. It appends a new row into the output stream: "className": <className>
- OCCT_DUMP_* does not require semicolon

"endl" manipulator for Message_Messenger is renamed to "Message_EndLine".

Automatic upgrade of OCCT code by command "occt_upgrade . -nocdl":
- WOK-generated header files from inc and sources from drv are moved to src
- CDL files removed
- All packages are converted to nocdlpack
Automatic update by command "occt_upgrade . -downcast"
C-style cast of Handle to that of derived type (now illegal) is replaced by call to DownCast()
Const reference local variables of Handle type initialized by result of DownCast are replaced by normal variables.
