The new method TopExp::MapShapesAndUniqueAncestors has been implemented, which excludes duplication of ancestors in the list items. The optional Boolean argument 'useOrientation' of this method points whether two same shapes with different orientation will be considered equal.
OCCT code has been inspected and MapShapesAndAncestors has been replaced with MapShapesAndUniqueAncestors where it is necessary.
TopExp::Vertices optimized for sequential calls. BRep_Tool::Curve performance regression fixed. Update for fetching point done.

Automatic upgrade of OCCT code by command "occt_upgrade . -nocdl":
- WOK-generated header files from inc and sources from drv are moved to src
- CDL files removed
- All packages are converted to nocdlpack
Generic class TCollection_Stack removed (along with TCollection_StackIterator and TCollection_StackNode).
Code using TCollection_Stack changed to equivalent use of TCollection_List (replacing Push -> Prepend, Top -> First, Pop -> RemoveFirst).
License statement text corrected; compiler warnings caused by Bison 2.41 disabled for MSVC; a few other compiler warnings on 54-bit Windows eliminated by appropriate type cast
