OpenGl_AspectMarker::Resources::BuildSprites(), fixed uninitialized theMarkerSize

- Use new AIS_TextLabel class instead of private MyTextClass.

- Use [0; 1] range for colors and accept names.
- Drop redundant argument "isMultiByte".
- Support argument -noupdate to skip Viewer update.
