Update BOP commands to use progress indicator
Deleted wrong usage of progress indicator from bop operations
Added UserBreak() method to break execution boolean operation if progress indicator is used
Added method AnalyzeProgress() to calculate steps of progress indicator
Introduce BOPAlgo_ParallelAlgo which has myRange as a field to be used in parallel vector.

Problem (exception) occurs during history building and was caused by an attempt to obtain generated shape for subshape, which was really "deleted" by algorithm - this input subshape and its possible generated shape was not used in result.
Substitution of degenerated edges by their copies is implemented to make edges not shared
in BRepPrimAPI_MakeRevol::Build().
Method BRepPrimAPI_MakeRevol::Generated(...) is changed in order to use history of substitutions.
Test case is added.
Automatic upgrade of OCCT code by command "occt_upgrade . -nocdl":
- WOK-generated header files from inc and sources from drv are moved to src
- CDL files removed
