be3752526f 0027715: Visualization - turn off deprecated OpenGL fixed-function pipeline by default
OpenGl_Caps - flag ffpEnable is now initialized to false on desktop OpenGL.
OpenGl_Context::init() - now prints error if OpenGL version does not support GLSL
and switches OpenGl_Caps::ffpEnable to true.

update test cases

83da37b115 0026434: Visualization - Textured objects should have priority over the environment mapping.
Add handle on environment texture in OpenGl_Workspace.
Add a new parameter UseEnvironmentTexture to the Graphic3d_ZLayerSettings.
OSD layers don't use environment texture by default.
zbuffertrihedron doesn't use environment texture.
vzlayer can enable/disable environment texture mappping.
Delete unnecessary files Graphic3d_TypeOfSurfaceDetail.hxx and V3d_TypeOfSurface.hxx.
Delete functions SurfaceDetailType and SetSurfaceDetailType functions from Graphic3d_CView.
Delete functions SurfaceDetailState and UpdateSurfaceDetailStateTo from OpenGl_ShaderManager.
Delete class OpenGl_SurfaceDetailState.
Delete functions SurfaceDetailType and SetSurfaceDetailType from OpenGl_View.
Delete functions SetSurfaceDetail and SurfaceDetail() from V3d_View.
Delete functions SetDefaultSurfaceDetail and DefaultSurfaceDetail from V3d_Viewer.
Delete draw command VSetTextureMode.
Add description in dox.

f376ac72de 0024622: Add method to AIS_TexturedShape class to assign texture data directly from byte stream
Added methods to specify Image_PixMap as texture source to AIS_TexturedShape and Graphic3d_TextureRoot.
Modified internal class MeshVS_ImageTexture2D, originally used for the purpose of sourcing texture as Image_PixMap.

AIS_TexturedShape class:
- Get rid from cdl declaration.
- Remove unused and uninitialized field myDeflection / method Deflection().
- Improve class documentation.
- Use Graphic3d_NOT_2D_UNKNOWN instead of -1.
- Use myIsCustomOrigin and myToScale flags to use/ignore custom values.
