dae2a92241 0031709: Draw Harness - move methods ViewerTest::ParseOnOff()/ParseColor() to package Draw
Methods ParseOnOff()/ParseColor() have been moved from package ViewerTest to Draw.
Command "vlight -color" now accepts RGB values, not only name.
Implementation of pload command has been cleaned up.

23fe70ec52 0031189: Draw Harness, ViewerTest - send messages to Message::DefaultMessenger()
Added short-cuts methods in Message_Messenger for sending message with specified gravity,
and stream buffer class for using stream-like interface for that.
Similar short-cuts to DefaultMessenger() are added in Message package.

ViewerTest has been updated to send messages to Message::DefaultMessenger()
instead of direct output to std::cout/std::cerr.

Off-topic: spelling error (duplicate "and") is corrected in two places

1bd04b5a02 0031060: Configuration - Support building with CLang compiler under VS 2019
Build tools are updated to support building with Visual Studion 2019 toolset ClangCL (LLVM clang-cl):
- In CMake builds, use of unsupported option "-std=c++0x" is avoided
- Tool genconf recognizes availability of ClangCL toolset and proposes it in the list
- Tool genproj recognizes new compiler specification VCVER=vclang and generates VS 2019 projects for it

Note that vclang configuration puts binaries to folder "vc14" as it is compatible with vc14 CRT.

Code is updated to build with Clang for Windows without errors and warnings:
- In BVH classes, pure virtual destructors are replaced by empty ones, to avoid bogus compiler warning
- In .lex files, pragmas are added to disable warnings in parser code
- In OSD, signature of function _osd_wnt_set_error() is corrected to avoid warning on incorrect use of va_args (undefined behavior)
- In OSD_Host, OSD_Parallel_TBB, warnings on usage of deprecated function are disabled
- In Quantity_ColorRGBA and ViewerTest_CmdParser, incorrect use of predefined macro __FUNCTION__ assuming it was a string literal is avoided
- In Standard_Macro.hxx, code is reordered to handle Clang for Windows appropriately
- In AdvApp2Var_SysBase.hxx, inclusion of obsolete (MSVC-specific) header file is replaced by Standard_TypeDef.hxx
- In Standard_ErrorHandler.hxx, empty statements added to avoid warning on unused class fields
- In IVtkDraw and ViewerTest, interface is corrected to use actual type avoiding unnecessary type casts

293211aee0 0030592: Draw Harness, ViewerTest - provide vbackground command unifying vsetbg, vsetbgmode, vsetgradientbg, vsetgrbgmode, vsetcolorbg
A new command vbackground is created. Old background commands are made aliases for the newly created command (including vsetdefaultbg).
Tests are modified using newly added command vbackground.

d6cda17a42 0028701: Configuration - add support of VS 2017
Added support of Visual Studio 2017 (15) in CMake build procedure.
CMake 3.7.2 or above is required to generate projects for VS 2017.

Since version of compiler and toolset remained at 14 (now they are 14.1), and they use the same run-time, the same third-party products as for VS 2015 (14) can be used.
Also the name of the folder for installation of OCCT binaries in OCCT-standard layout (default on Windows) remains "vc14".

Support of Visual Studio 2017 is added in genproj generator and relevant environment, with format specifier "vc141".

The syntax of the genproj command is revised:
- UWP is considered as separate platform ("uwp" alternative to "wnt"), not part of IDE specification
- Option "IDE" is renamed to "Format"
- Obsolete name of local variable "aWokStation" is replaced by equivalent "theFormat"

In environment scripts, additional variables are defined (derived from VCVER, see adm/vcver.bat):
- VCLIB defines name of the subdirectory specific to VS version; it is the same as VCVER except that for VCVER=vc141 VCLIB=vc14 and for VCVER=141-uwp VCLIB=vc14-uwp
- VCFMT is VCVER without optional suffix "-uwp"
- VCPROP is "NativeDesktop" for normal builds or "Universal" for UWP builds

Command genconf is amended to:
- Detect presence of VS 2017 (separately for desktop and UWP)
- Use only two first digits after "vc" in format specification for search of third-party libs
- Have more space in user interface for VS specification

All supported variants of VCVER variable are documented in dev guides / buiding / msvc

8e5fb5eabc 0027818: Visualization - provide an interface to define highlight presentation properties
- introduces a wrapper for setting up highlight properties: Graphic3d_HighlightStyle;
- API of all methods that use highlight or selection color is changed to deal with Graphic3d_HighlightStyle;
- highlight in shading mode now supports transparency, implemented via blending;
- transparency for selection can also be set, but implementing custom entity owners with additional presentation on application level;
- methods PrsMgr_PresentationManager::Highlight, PrsMgr_PresentationManager::BoundBox that highlight object with hard-coded color are removed;
- deprecated methods of SelectMgr_EntityOwner, that use presentation manager's highlight method, were removed;
- methods of IsHilighted AIS context with selection color checks were replaced;
- added API to store dynamic and selection highlight to Prs3d_Drawer class;
- customization of dynamic and selection highlight for particular objects is now available through SelectMgr_SelectableObject::HilightAttributes();
- AIS_InteractiveContext highlight methods were updated to support individual highlight styles of interactive objects;
- introduced new command - vselprops, that allows to customize global selection and highlight properties like autoactivation, pixel tolerance and colors;
- Draw Harness commands vautoactivatesel and vselprecision were removed, use vselprops instead;
- fixed bug in command's parser;
- test case for issue #27818

dde6883382 0027772: Foundation Classes - define Standard_Boolean using C++ type "bool" instead of "unsigned int"
Code has been updated to remove no-op casts and implicit casts to Standard_Boolean.

Places of inproper use of Standard_Boolean instead of Standard_Integer
have been corrected:
- Bnd_Box, Bnd_Box2d
  Bit flags are now defined as private enum
- HLRAlgo_BiPoint, HLRAlgo_EdgesBlock, HLRBRep_EdgeData, HLRBRep_FaceData
  Bit flags are now defined as enum
- HLRAlgo_EdgeStatus, HLRBRep_BiPnt2D, HLRBRep_BiPoint
  Bit flags are now defined as bool fields
- HLRAlgo_PolyData
  Bit flags are now defined as Standard_Integer
- OSD_DirectoryIterator, OSD_FileIterator
  Boolean flag is now defined as Standard_Boolean
- ShapeAnalysis_Surface::SurfaceNewton()
  now returns Standard_Integer (values 0, 1 or 3)
- ChFi2d_FilletAlgo
  now uses TColStd_SequenceOfBoolean instead of TColStd_SequenceOfInteger
  for storing boolean flags

Method IFSelect_Dispatch::PacketsCount() has been dropped from interface.

ShapeFix_Solid::Status() has been fixed to decode requested status
instead of returning integer value.

TopOpeBRepBuild_Builder1 now defines map storing Standard_Boolean values
instead of Standard_Integer.

Persistence for Standard_Boolean type has been corrected
to keep backward compatibility:
- BinMDataStd, BinTools, FSD_BinaryFile

Broken Draw Harness commands vdisplaymode and verasemode have been removed.

BRepMesh_FastDiscretFace::initDataStructure() - workaround old gcc limitations

BRepMesh_IncrementalMesh::clear() - avoid ambiguity

625e195819 0027038: Visualization - add new presentation for object manipulation
AIS_Manipulator class has been created to provide interactive services for manipulating with mouse local transformations of other interactive objects.

The class features three kinds of transformation modes for attached objects:
- translation of through axis
- scaling within axis
- rotation around axis

For more details please have a look at description of the class in reference manual or in header file.

The patch includes DRAW test workbench for evaluating the AIS_Manipulator features.
