Remove OS folder with structure for refman generation.
Remove tcl scripts from adm folder which used only for doc generation
Migrate all the processes of doc generation to cmake (adm/cmake/occt_doc.cmake)
RefMan and Overview build from CMake as a new utility option, no TCL is needed.
Doxygen configuration scripts are corrected to avoid '\n' symbols in the end of the @figure alias that caused multiple warning messages.
Other Doxygen warnings in Markdown files are eliminated.
In CMake builds the format of Doxygen warnings is set to use the style recognized by Visual Studio when compiler is MSVC.
Updated destination directory for generated by gendoc proc pdf files.
Added additional option "-update_images_size" for gendoc procedure to update width of images in *.md files during pdf generation for @figure alias.

Added generation of products refman/chm for each component.
Command gendoc improved to:
- generate Reference Manual documentation (OCCT classes reference) with option -refman; option -overview can be used for generation of overview documentation;
- generate PDF documents for all User Guides automatically (for files listed in FILES_PDF.txt);
- check availability of third-party tools (Doxygen, Inkscape etc.) and properly report warnings and errors.
- use templates of configuration files for third-party tools instead of their generation. These template files are located in dox/resources folder
Tcl scripts are moved from dox folder to adm.
Doxygen warnings are eliminated.
Moved all auxilary functions to occaux.tcl.
Fixed Reference manual generation on *nix platform.
