Toolkit 'TKHLR' was fully refactored for 'Standard_Address' and macros except about half of package 'HLRBREP' there 'Standard_Address' is used through the 'generic' mechanism.
Automatic upgrade of OCCT code by command "occt_upgrade . -nocdl":
- WOK-generated header files from inc and sources from drv are moved to src
- CDL files removed
- All packages are converted to nocdlpack
Includes of Handle*.hxx headers replaced by include of corresponding class (where possible without redesign of the classes).
