- WOK-generated header files from inc and sources from drv are moved to src
- CDL files removed
- All packages are converted to nocdlpack

c5f3a42524 0024023: Revamp the OCCT Handle -- downcast (automatic) 
Automatic update by command "occt_upgrade . -downcast"

C-style cast of Handle to that of derived type (now illegal) is replaced by call to DownCast()
Const reference local variables of Handle type initialized by result of DownCast are replaced by normal variables.

Obsolete documentation files removed from DrawResources.

fa13a85d92 0003513: There is no check for boundary of array in method Set for array attributes 
- Added check of array's boundary in Set(i, val) methods.
- Added comments to cdl files.
- removed accidental modification in TDataStd_ExtStringArray::Value(i).
- recovering accidentally lost modifications.
