Possibility for adding LengthUnit info to XCAF document using special class XCAFDoc_LenghtUnit and XCAFDoc_LenghtUnitTool is implemented.
Package UnitsMethods is split: geom methods were placed to new file GeomConvert_Units which is in the toolkit TKXSBase, internal step scale factors was placed to StepData.
Updated UnitMethods to convert scale factor to different unit types.
Now, XSAlgo::XSAlgo_AlgoContainer is used to update unit info from static interface values.
New Draw command "XSetLengthUnit" and "XGetLengthUnit" for set or get XDE attribute.
Upgraded tests for STEP, IGES, OBJ, glTF, VRML formats to check area regressing with used unit.
Upgraded tests\de test cases to use any units in the "loop back" algorithms.
Added possibility to inherit existing attributes if the same persistent fields are used. All methods that allow controlling the data model changes or getting some callbacks may be overridden in successor. They may have same GUIDs as a base class or new ones.
Special macros IMPLEMENT_DERIVED_ATTRIBUTE and IMPLEMENT_DERIVED_ATTRIBUTE_WITH_TYPE must be used instead of standard Handle macro definition IMPLEMENT_STANDARD_RTTIEXT to register new derived attributes.
Using this improvement several existing attributes from TDataStd, TDataXtd and XCAFDoc packages become inherited from other base attribute-classes. XML and Bin drivers of these attributes are removed. New base attribute classes are added: TDataStd_GenericEmpty and TDataStd_GenericExtString.
This improvement does not change both present formats Bin and XML documents. The obsolete Standard scheme is not changed at all.
- Provide DumpJson for geometrical, ocaf and visualization classes;

- Introduce a new macro for transient objects to be called as the first row in DumpJson: OCCT_DUMP_TRANSIENT_CLASS_BEGIN. We need not put the class name in the macro, using get_type_name of Standard_Transient for it.

Introduced new attribute XCAFDoc_VisMaterial storing visualization material definition.
XCAFPrs_Style has been exteneded Material() property.
XCAFPrs_AISObject::DispatchStyles() maps new XCAFPrs_Style::Material() property onto graphics aspects.
RWGltf_GltfJsonParser and RWObj_CafReader now put Material definition into XCAF document instead of a color label.
RWGltf_MaterialMetallicRoughness - added missing properties AlphaMode, AlphaCutOff and IsDoubleSided;
fixed default values in constructor for Metallic and Roughness.
Added commands XGetAllVisMaterials, XGetVisMaterial, XAddVisMaterial,
XRemoveVisMaterial, XSetVisMaterial, XUnsetVisMaterial for working with
new visualization materials table in the document.
1. A tool to annotate items in the hierarchical product structure was added. The tool is located under
fixed label 0:1:9. It operates two basic entities: notes and annotations located under 0:1:9:1 and 0:1:9:2
hives correspondingly. A note is an attribute derived from base class XCAFDoc_Note that is attached to a separate
label under the notes hive. An annotated item is represented by XCAFDoc_AssemblyItemRef attribute
attached to a separate label under the annotated items hive. Notes are linked to annotated items by means of
XCAFDoc_GraphNode attribute, where notes play parent roles and annotated items - child roles.
2. XCAFDoc_AssemblyItemRef defines a weak reference to a label with optional attribute GUID or sub-shape index.
3. A capability to store note/annotation labels in XCAFDoc_ViewTool was added.
4. XDE User guide was updated

Redundant methods Delete() and Desroy(), created in CDL as a hack to define destructor for the class, are removed; their definitions are converted to definition of destructors. In a couple of places methods Destroy() are preserved (bug made non-virtual) because they are called explicitly.
Automatic upgrade of OCCT code by command "occt_upgrade . -nocdl":
- WOK-generated header files from inc and sources from drv are moved to src
- CDL files removed
- All packages are converted to nocdlpack

In addition, inheritance of MeshVS_ColorHasher from TColStd_MapIntegerHasher is dropped as it is useless but leads to problems if TColStd_MapIntegerHasher is converted to template.
First of the two overloaded functions Draw::Load() removed as it is unused.
