In the method Segment() index1 needs to be checked as well as index2 in Geom_BSplineSurface and Geom2d_BSplineCurve
(Geom_BSplineCurve already has this check).
New test cases bug31402_1, bug31402_2 has been added.
The unnecessary code block in Geom2d_BSplineCurve has been deleted,
and checking index2 block has beed extended.
- Provide DumpJson for geometrical, ocaf and visualization classes;
- Change depth parameter of DumpJson (constant is not obligate here)
- Introduce a new macro for transient objects to be called as the first row in DumpJson: OCCT_DUMP_TRANSIENT_CLASS_BEGIN. We need not put the class name in the macro, using get_type_name of Standard_Transient for it.
- change implementation of OCCT_DUMP_CLASS_BEGIN and OCCT_DUMP_TRANSIENT_CLASS_BEGIN. It is not an sentry more and it does not create a new hierarchy level. It appends a new row into the output stream: "className": <className>

Method Segment() of B-spline curve and surface has been extended by parameter theTolerance (theUTolerance and theVTolerance for surface), which defines the proximity between knots of a NURBS and boundaries of cutting segment. The default value of the tolerance is Precision::PConfusion().
Test cases have been added to check segmenting of B-spline surface and curves both 2D and 3D.
Macro NO_CXX_EXCEPTION was removed from code.
Method Raise() was replaced by explicit throw statement.
Method Standard_Failure::Caught() was replaced by normal C++mechanism of exception transfer.
Method Standard_Failure::Caught() is deprecated now.
Eliminated empty constructors.

Writing periodic BSpline surfaces to IGES:
Replace segmentation of surface to setting new origin.

bounds of segmentation must be the same as curve bounds, according to issue description.
Changes in classes Geom2d_BSplineCurve, Geom_BSplineCurve, Geom_BSplineSurface:
- Replace *Raise_if macros with unconditional exceptions where it does not affect on performance.
- Update comments in .hxx files in regard of raised exceptions.
Automatic upgrade of OCCT code by command "occt_upgrade . -nocdl":
- WOK-generated header files from inc and sources from drv are moved to src
- CDL files removed
- All packages are converted to nocdlpack
1. B-spline cache was moved into separated classes: BSplCLib_Cache for 2D and 3D curves and BSplSLib_Cache for surfaces.
2. The cache is used now in corresponding adaptor classes (Geom2dAdaptor_Curve, GeomAdaptor_Curve and GeomAdaptor_Surface) when the curve or surface is a B-spline.
3. Algorithms were changed to use adaptors for B-spline calculations instead of curves or surfaces.
4. Precised calculation of derivatives of surface of revolution is implemented for the points of surface placed on the axis of revolution (Geom_SurfaceOfRevolution.cxx)
5. Small modifications are made to adjust algorithms to new behavior of B-spline calculation.
6. Test cases were modified according to the modern behavior.
7. Changes in BOPAlgo_WireSplitter, BOPTools_AlgoTools, BRepLib_CheckCurveOnSurface and ShapeAnalysis_Wire to use adaptors instead of geometric entities

When warnings are enabled, compilers report lots of occurrences
of unused local variables, which makes it harder to find other
meaningful warnings.
This commit does not fix all unused local variables.
Fix new type conversion warning

Changes in IntTools_EdgeFace.cxx, Blend_Walking_1.gxx, Bnd_BoundSortBox.cxx, ProjLib_ProjectedCurve.cxx are reverted (separated to specific issue for more in-depth analysis).
