"endl" manipulator for Message_Messenger is renamed to "Message_EndLine".
The following entities from std namespace are now used
with std:: explicitly specified (from Standard_Stream.hxx):

RWMesh_CafReader - added new interface class for common workflow for reading mesh data files into XDE document.
OSD_Path - added auxiliary methods splitting path into folder+file pair
and checking relative/absolute path semantically:
OSD_Path::FolderAndFileFromPath(), ::IsRelativePath(), ::IsAbsolutePath().
V3d_TypeOfOrientation enumeration has been extended with aliases
(like front/left) for Z-up and Y-up conventions.
V3d_View::SetProj() now accepts argument for asking Y-up instead of Z-up.
Added command vviewproj defining standard camera direction.
Commands vaxo, vleft, vright, vtop, vbottom, vfront, vbottom now redirect to vviewproj.
TCollection_AsciiString::SubString() now uses Standard_OutOfRange_Always_Raise_if() to suppress GCC warning.
Eliminated gcc 4.4 compilation errors within Standard_OutOfRange_Raise_if,Standard_RangeError_Raise_if.
0030551: Foundation Classes - Integer overflow in NCollection_CellFilter HashCode
Signed integers are not used in hash code functions now to prevent undefined behavior on left shift operations with signed integers.
A possibility of negative values of hash codes is eliminated.
INT_MAX → IntegerLast() in hash code functions.
All found hash code functions behaves uniformly now: they return a value in the range [1, theUpperBound]. Relevant comments are added to such functions.
Methods of NCollection_Vec3 and NCollection_Vec3 that returned reference to internal buffer as vector of lower dimension (non-const xy(), xyz() etc.) are eliminated.
Use of these methods could led to generation of incorrect binary code by GCC.
Instead added new method SetValues() accepting vector of lower dimension and additional value.
DRAW test command QANColTestVec4 reproducing one situation where the bug occurs is added, along with a test case.
Make the methods Append, Prepend, InsertBefore and InsertAfter, which take another sequence as an argument, copying the sequence instead of joining if the allocators are different.
Add test cases for collection classes.
Function Strtod() is reimplemented using open source (MIT-style license) code by David M. Gay instead of strtod() provided by standard run-time library. This improves its performance by 3-10 times.
Functions Atof(), Strtod(), Printf(), Sprintf(), Fprintf() are declared as extern "C" to be usable from C programs.
Strtod() is used in Interface_FileReaderData::Fastof() and in RWStl_Reader to accelerate their work.
DRAW command QATestAtof and test perf fclasses strtod are added to check correctness and performance of Strtod().
Test perf draw restore is added to monitor performance of reading BREP files.
Minor off-topic corrections:
- method Standard_GUID::Assign (const Standard_UUID&) is implemented (was empty);
- Precision.hxx is included in BRepMesh_Vertex.hxx that uses it.
New macro OCCT_NO_RVALUE_REFERENCE is introduced to disable methods using move semantics on obsolete compilers that do not support rvalue references.
TCollection_AsciiString, TCollection_ExtendedString, NCollection_UtfString - added method Swap(), move constructor, and move assignment operator.
Draw command QATestArrayMove is added to test for memory corruption if NCollection_Array1<> bound to local C buffer is returned from function by value.
Mehtod HasIntersection added in NCollection_Map to check whether two given maps contain at least one same item.
'Draw' command and test to check the method were created.
NCollection classes amended to be compatible with TCollection equivalents:
- List and Maps: copy constructor is used for placement of new items in collection instead of assignment operator, thus default constructor is not necessary any more for the item class
- Constructors with additional argument of element type added in array classes operated by Handle, defined by NCollection_DefineHArray*.hxx, allowing to initialize array immediately by specified value
- Non-const methods First() and Last() are added in List class, and method Value() in TListIterator class
- Method Append() accepting Handle(HSequence) provided in NCollection_DefineHSequence.hxx
- Default implementation of global function IsEqual() is provided as template (using operator ==)
Code using lists and maps of sequences is refactored to operate sequence by Handle (since Sequence does not to have public copy constructor).
In addition, error checking code is simplified to use macros _Raise_if instead of custom #ifdefs with the same meaning.
Comments within declaration of instances of generic classes in CDL removed.
Fixed bug in copy constructor of NCollection_BaseVector leading to corrupt data if original vector is empty; simplistic test command for vectors is added.
