GeomConvert_CurveToAnaCurve, GeomConvert_SurfToAnaSurf - geometrical algorithms
for converting geometrical curve and surfaces in canonical geometry with given tolerance.
ShapeAnalysis_CanonicalRecognition - interface for checking canonical geometry.
Added short-cuts methods in Message_Messenger for sending message with specified gravity,
and stream buffer class for using stream-like interface for that.
Similar short-cuts to DefaultMessenger() are added in Message package.
ViewerTest has been updated to send messages to Message::DefaultMessenger()
instead of direct output to std::cout/std::cerr.
Off-topic: spelling error (duplicate "and") is corrected in two places

The macros Status, Convex, Opposite, FillSolid (coming from X11 headers)
are now undefined in place of definition of methods with same name in OCCT headers.
The usage of variables with name Status is now avoided.
GL_GLEXT_LEGACY is now defined only if not already defined.
The macros AddPrinter (coming from WinAPI headers) is now undefined
within Message_Messenger class definition having method with the same name.
CurrentDirectory macro is now undefined in OSD_Process.hxx.
1. Useless constructors have been deleted.
2. Value returned by gp_Parab2d::Directrix() method has been corrected to exclude reversing the directrix.
3. Documentation of gp_Parab2d class has been updated (in hxx-file).
4. Upgrade Guide has been updated according to corrections made in this issue.

Automatic upgrade of OCCT code by command "occt_upgrade . -nocdl":
- WOK-generated header files from inc and sources from drv are moved to src
- CDL files removed
- All packages are converted to nocdlpack
