New method for building surface polyhedron (class IntCurveSurface_Polyhedron), which takes in account intervals of discontinuity of surface is added for constructor IntCurvesFace_Intersector.
Bug in methods NbU(V)Intervals and U(V)Intervals for Offset surfaces is fixed.

Correction of test cases for issue CR25509
Add checks for cone-like surfaces during seam fixing
Delete check for missing degenerated edge for cones in FixMissingSeam() function, because this check is exist in FixPeriodicDegenerated(). Check for uniqueness of wire is unnecessary after this.
