bd651bbbd9 0033531: Configuration - Rework DataExchange ToolKits organization 
Integrated DE plugin functionality.
Reworked DE components:
 - TKDESTEP: Handling STEP file format.
 - TKDEOBJ: Handling OBJ file format.
 - TKDEIGES: Handling IGES file format.
 - TKDEGLTF: Handling GLTF file format.
 - TKDEVRML: Handling VRML file format.
 - TKDEPLY: Handling PLY file format.
 - TKDESTL: Handling STL file format.
Reworked DE DRAW components:
  TKXSDRAWSTEP: Container for DE command to work with STEP.
  TKXSDRAWOBJ: Container for DE command to work with OBJ.
  TKXSDRAWIGES: Container for DE command to work with IGES.
  TKXSDRAWGLTF: Container for DE command to work with GLTF.
  TKXSDRAWVRML: Container for DE command to work with VRML.
  TKXSDRAWPLY: Container for DE command to work with PLY.
  TKXSDRAWSTL: Container for DE command to work with STL.
TKXSDRAW rework to be base DRAW plugin to keep DE session and utils.

0423218095 0030895: Coding Rules - specify std namespace explicitly for std::cout and streams 
"endl" manipulator for Message_Messenger is renamed to "Message_EndLine".

The following entities from std namespace are now used
with std:: explicitly specified (from Standard_Stream.hxx):
std::istream,std::ostream,std::ofstream,std::ifstream,std::fstream,
std::filebuf,std::streambuf,std::streampos,std::ios,std::cout,std::cerr,
std::cin,std::endl,std::ends,std::flush,std::setw,std::setprecision,
std::hex,std::dec.

4178b3531b 0028840: Data Exchange - rewrite the STL Reader/Writer 
STL Reader and Writer tools have been refactored to improve performance and usability:
- Basic reading of STL file is separated to abstract class RWStl_Reader which is not bound to particular data structures; the target data model can be bound via inheritance.
- RWStl package uses class Poly_Triangulation to represent triangular mesh.
- Obsolete data structures and tools (packages StlMesh and StlTransfer) are removed.

1ae83f5727 0027827: Samples - fix compilation errors in XAML (UWP) sample. 
Error about deployment target version was fixed.
Check of export to VRML format was added to sample XAML (UWP).

Add freetype.dll to the sample project for correct execution of sample from Visual Studio.

742cc8b01d 0027350: Support for Universal Windows Platform 
- Toolchain file to configure a Visual Studio generator for a Windows 10 Universal Application was added (CMake).
- There is no support for environment variables in UWP.
- SID is not supported (were excluded).
- Windows registry is not supported (were excluded).
- Mess with usage of Unicode/ANSI was corrected.
- Added sample to check UWP functionality.
- Excluded usage of methods with Unicode characters where it is possible.
- Minor corrections to allow building OCAF (except TKVCAF) and DE (except VRML and XDE)
- Building of unsupported modules for UWP platform is off by default .
- Checking of DataExchange functionality was added to XAML (UWP) sample.
- Added information about UWP to the documentation.
- Update of results of merge with issue 27801
