Make C++ standard to be enable from cmake settings:
User will be able choosing C++ language standard by selecting cmake variable BUILD_CPP_STANDARD.
For correct working, CMAKE_CXX_STANDARD cmake built-in variable should be available.
To enable CMAKE_CXX_STANDARD, minimum CMAKE version has been updated to 3.1.

This issue consists from several steps to achive main goal:
1) Configuratiuon, CMake - allow selecting C++ standard.
2) Require minimum CMAKE version 3.1 (for enabling CMAKE_CXX_STANDARD).
3) More flexible CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER_ID identification (fixups previous commit!)
4) Add description of new CMAKE variable `BUILD_CPP_STANDARD` into documentation.
5) Update CMAKE requirements in documentation.
6) Set C++11 standard for several projects.
Prs3d_Drawer getters now return NULL instead of implicitly creating "default" aspects.
Added missing initialization of default properties in AIS_InteractiveContext.
AIS_InteractiveContext::setContextToObject() - added missing propagation of Context to child presentations.
- moved creating of V3d_View::myTrihedron from constructor to first attempt of displaying or calling it;
- moved creating of V3d_Viewer::myRGrid and V3d_Viewer::myCGrid to to first attempt of displaying or calling them;
- renamed V3d_Viewer::IsActive() to V3d_Viewer::IsGridActive();
- redefined V3d_View::Trihedron() and V3d_Viewer::Grid() by adding new argument toCreate
for opportunity to check the existence of the objects without their recreating.
Adaptor2d_Curve2d, Adaptor3d_Curve and Adaptor3d_Surface now inherit Standard_Transient.
Interfaces Adaptor2d_HCurve2d, Adaptor3d_HCurve, Adaptor3d_HSurface and their subclasses
are now aliases to Adaptor2d_Curve2d, Adaptor3d_Curve and Adaptor3d_Surface.
Removed numerous unsafe reinterpret casts.

AIS_SelectionScheme enumeration is defined to set which selection behaviour is used in Select of context
AIS_InteractiveContext is corrected to use single Select method instead of combination of Select/ShiftSelect methods with a selection scheme parameter.
Upgrade: Select() -> SelectDetected/Rectangle/Polygon(AIS_SelectionScheme_Replace), ShiftSelect -> SelectDetected/Rectangle/Polygon(AIS_SelectionScheme_XOR)
Enumeration values have been renamed to use complete prefix Graphic3d_NOM_ -> Graphic3d_NameOfMaterial_
and to match string names (with old values preserved as aliases).
Animation sample has been updated to:
- use reuse AIS_ViewController for general viewer manipulations;
- update animation using elapsed time;
- do not block camera manipilations;
- get rid of redundant controls.
Graphic3d_TextureRoot::GetCompressedImage() - added new interface for fetching compressed texture image.
Default implementation detects DDS image files using Image_DDSParser parser.
Graphic3d_TextureRoot::GetImage() has been extended with new parameter
- the list of image formats supported by OpenGL driver.
Graphic3d_TextureRoot::convertToCompatible() implicitly converts
BGRA image to RGBA on OpenGL ES, which normally does not support BGR formats.
OpenGl_Caps::isTopDownTextureUV - new property defines how application defines
UV texture coordinates in primitive arrays.
OpenGl_Context::SetTextureMatrix() compares this flag with OpenGl_Texture::IsTopDown()
and automatically flips V coordinate in case of mismatch.
OpenGl_Texture now holds exact number of mipmap levels
instead of Boolean flag indicating that they are defined.
This allows loading DDS files with incomplete mipmap level set
by setting GL_TEXTURE_MAX_LEVEL to appropriate value instead of default 1000
(causing black textures in case if mipmap levels are not defined till 1x1).
Fixed order of texture coordinates transformation within GLSL program to match FFP matrix:
Rotate -> Translate -> Scale (previously Rotation was applied afterwards).
Prs3d::GetDeflection() has been moved to StdPrs_ToolTriangulatedShape::GetDeflection().
Prs3d_ShapeTool has been moved to StdPrs_ShapeTool.
Code collecting free edges on Poly_Triangulation
has been moved out from StdPrs_WFShape to Prs3d::AddFreeEdges().
StdPrs_BndBox has been moved to Prs3d_BndBox.
Geom_Transformation has been replaced by TopLoc_Datum3D within visualization classes.
Select3D_SensitiveCircle constructor now takes gp_Circ instead of Geom_Circle.
StdSelect_ViewerSelector3d has been moved to SelectMgr_ViewerSelector3d.
Methods ::GetPoint3d() and ::ArrayBounds() has been moved
from subclass Select3D_SensitiveCircle to the base class Select3D_SensitiveCurve.
StdSelect_ViewerSelector3d::computeSensitivePrs() has been moved to SelectMgr::ComputeSensitivePrs().
Removed unused declarations StdSelect_Prs, StdSelect_DisplayMode,
StdSelect_SensitivityMode, StdSelect_TypeOfResult, SelectMgr_SOPtr, TColQuantity.
Package Graphic3d has been moved from TKV3d to TKService.
The following classes and their subclasses within AIS package
have been moved to new package PrsDim and renamed:
- AIS_Relation -> PrsDim_Relation;
- AIS_Dimension -> PrsDim_Dimension,
Multiple PrsMgr_PresentableObject::Compute() methods have been replaced by single one
PrsMgr_PresentableObject::computeHLR().
Dummy implementations of previously declared methods have been removed
from AIS classes not implementng HLR presentation.
Class Prs3d_Projector has been removed and Graphic3d_Camera is now passed directly,
so that redundant dependency from HLRAlgo_Projector in Prs3d interfaces has been eliminated.
StdPrs_HLRShape and StdPrs_HLRPolyShape now implement common interface StdPrs_HLRShapeI.
The interface of V3d_View and V3d_Viewer has been simplified.
For the fields myDefinedViews, myActiveViews, myDefinedLights, myActiveLights were added appropriate methods returning the internal raw data.

Decomposition of Ambient, Diffuse, Specular and Emissive properties has been eliminated within *Graphic3d_MaterialAspect* definition,
so that following methods of *Graphic3d_MaterialAspect* class have been removed:
SetReflectionMode(), SetReflectionModeOn(), Ambient(), Diffuse(), Emissive(), Specular(), SetAmbient(), SetDiffuse(), SetSpecular(), SetEmissive().
Graphic3d_NOM_NEON_GNC non-physical material definition has been corrected
and define WHITE emission color coefficient instead of YELLOW.
Added method Graphic3d_ClipPlane::SetCappingColor() for more straight-forward modification of Capping color in case of non-physical material.
Prs3d_ShadingAspect::Color() has been fixed to return InteriorColor instead of material color coefficient in case of non-physical material.
"endl" manipulator for Message_Messenger is renamed to "Message_EndLine".

The methods AIS_InteractiveContext::Display() and ::Load()
taking argument theToAllowDecomposition have been marked as deprecated;
the new methods without this unused argument should be used instead.
AIS_InteractiveContext::DisplayedObjects() - removed argument theOnlyFromNeutral.
SelectMgr_SelectionManager has been simplified so that now it support only single Viewer Selector.
The argument -local has been removed from Draw Harness commands vselmode, vremove, vdisplay, vdisplayall, verase.
- BUILD_SAMPLES_MFC instead of BUILD_MODULE_MfcSample
- BUILD_SAMPLES_QT instead of BUILD_MODULE_QtSample
- sub-folder "mfc" of Samples folder in VStudio for mfc samples
- qt processing of *.ts resource files is corrected to avoid excessive projects creation under Samples folder in VStudio
CMake scripts are corrected to do perform search of libs and dlls of third-party libraries even for static builds of OCCT.
Treatment of errors in this case is relaxed: not found DLLs are reported as warnings, and not found libs as warning for static build, and continuable error for shared build.
Code of samples is corrected to allow building with OCCT linked statically.
Implementation of main application class is corrected to ensure that initialization is done after all global objects are created.
Note however that samples still fails to start for unclear reason (creation of MFC frame window fails).
AIS_InteractiveContext::MoveTo(), ::Select(), ::ShiftSelect() now throw
an exception on invalid V3d_View argument instead of returning empty results.
AIS_InteractiveContext::DetectedShape() and ::BeginImmediateDraw() now can
be called without opened Local Context.
Draw Harness - removed unused commands vsetam, vunsetam.
Removed unused methods ViewerTest::StandardModeActivation(), ::PickObject(), PickObjects().
Interactive input of Selection modes 0..7 now redirects to vselmode
instead of removed ViewerTest::StandardModeActivation().
Graphic3d_CLight is now defined as a class inheriting Standard_Transient,
so that it's fields now should be accessed through methods.
Graphic3d_CLight::IsEnabled() - new property allowing to disable light source everywhere.
Confusing alias OpenGl_Light has been removed.
Graphic3d_CLight::SetAttenuation() - the upper limit 1.0 of attenuation factors has been removed
since it contradicts to OpenGL specs and does not make sense.
Graphic3d_ZLayerSettings::Lights() - light sources list is now property of ZLayer.
When defined, it overrides light sources defined for View/Viewer.
New class Graphic3d_LightSet has been defined to define a set of light sources.
V3d_Light - removed obsolete interface for debug drawing lights sources.
V3d_Light is now an alias to Graphic3d_CLight.
V3d_TypeOfLight is now defined as a typedef to Graphic3d_TypeOfLightSource.
AIS_Shape and AIS_ColoredShape now computes Shaded presentation
with UV coordinates if texture mapping is enabled in Drawer.
OpenGl_Context::SetTextureMatrix() - fixed inconsistent handling
of texture cooridnates translation vector.
vtexture command has been extended to handle new arguments:
* -trsfTrans, -trsfScale, -trsfAngle defining transformation matrix
* -setFilter, -setAnisoFilter to setup texture filtering
Modify mfc and qt samples for supporting VS 2017.

StdPrs_HLRPolyShape::Add() now creates Graphic3d_ArrayOfSegments instead of
inefficient Graphic3d_ArrayOfPolylines with boundaries at every segment.
